Stopped in on Aug 26 for a soda, noticed how dirty the floor was with trash! Yikes and the servers were walking over the trash.... This was nasty and I personally would not want a taco served by folks who don't clean. Uncleanliness in a restaurant is a must.Cannot rate the food but I simply cannot eat in an unclean restaurant. Cleanliness cannot be compromised no matter how busy itis! Bacteria growth in our COVID environment spreads easily. Read more
This place used to be great! But over the last few weeks they haven't even opened the store on time and are only taking one... customer at a time in drive through! They literally make everyone stay at the speaker until the person ahead of them waits atthe window, gets their food, and LEAVES before they let the next customer even order. This is causing the line to sit in thestreet instead of waiting in the drive-thru line. EDIT: I just dropped another star due to same issue. Read more
I?m so sick and tired of the employees attitude at this location. I feel like an inconvenience to them every time I go here. I... also don?t like being yelled at when I ask them to repeat themselves because there so quiet that you can barely hear them. Iwork in customer service and if someone asks me to repeat what I say, I say it a little louder with a nice attitude. I think thestaff should learn some manners and be patient with customers. Got here at 10:40am and they said, ?We are are not ready to open yet. If you give us 20 minutes we will be ready.? But their... hours are posted to open at 8am. I?m very confused what was going on. I seen two employees standing by the dumpster; shirtsoversized and untucked with their hats on like thugs. Maybe that?s why they weren?t ready to take orders? Was I lied to? Orwere they incapable of switching from breakfast to lunch/dinner properly because they were focused on being degenerates. Read more
