Got drive thru, the employee there was very nice and helped me with my order when I forgot to add an item.
Hard to give 5 stars to a place I've always liked when you got a -1 star service. Only customer, I was ignored for several... minutes as counter guy kept walking past me. After I finally gave my order, and paid for it, he just walked away. No recept, nothanks... nothing. I struggled with 2 boxes, coffee and my cane to leave. Very rude and angry Young Man Who was working the counter. He screamed at me and said that he was overwhelmed with short staff... and did not need to deal with me. He said how about if I quit today and you won't get your coffee. I have made five complaintsto Tim Hortons and they let me know that a franchise team member would be contacting me, no contact although several attemptshave been made. Drinks are always nasty. Like they use flint river water. And today I attempted to order some timbits (at 6:40am so over 1 hour... since opening) and they had zero donuts or timbits.... Well we now know why a Bigsby coffee is opening across the street. Read more
Asked manager why iced coffee was so much more than a coffee, she said she didnt know. I paid for my coffee and left. To my... surprise i have chocolate in the mix of coffee. Another friend mentioned a fly in their coffew this week. I will not bereturning to this location Read more
Tim Hortons coffee is EXCELLENT every time. They were not very busy however they neglected to provide us our complete food... order. I did confirm on the receipt that we had paid for the missing items. Read more
If i could give this place 0 stars i would!. Went through drive through this morning and they messed up my order. Ordered an... everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and asked for cream cheese on side. The screen said butter so i mentioned at thewindow i wanted cream cheese not butter. When i got to window the bagel still had butter and when i said i needed my creamcheese on side they said they would have to charge me for it. I open my bagel and they have TWO bottoms of a bagel, its burntAND i was charged for an everything bagel, when they didnt even give me a normal top to a bagel. Ok so this was a while ago this happened. I went to get a choc chip muffin, I wanted 6. They didn't have any but the guy working... assured me that he could make them for me to pick up later. So, I gave my name and placed an order for later in the day. Driveall the way there and no muffins, no order, nothing. They acted like they don't even do that. (Which they do) so that was awasted trip. They always seem to be out of the good muffins later in the day. Why not make more? Why not have some for pm shift?Seems rediculous. Also, I just do not order drinks from there. Every time I do, it's a huge disappointment.. they don't have asimple syrup so if u want sweetener, it's going to be regular sugar in a cold drink. One time I ordered a hot coffee, told theguy I didn't want it real dark but definitely not too light when discussing the cream. I get it and it looked like a cup ofmilk. I even shared it on my FB it was so rediculous. So I go back through, I say, just a normal cup of coffee, like baby bear,just right. Lol but the guy assured me he understood this time. Nope.
