Do not order with curbside pickup!!! I placed an order before I left Walmart, went there, pulled into curbside pickup, called... the phone number on the sign, no answer... waited for like 15 minutes, calling 5 times, NO ANSWER!!! Go inside, my order issitting on the counter & told them I've been trying to call them and nobody answered... they told me I must have called thewrong number!!! I went back later to complain to the shift manager, she acted like it was no big deal! No Satisfaction From HerEither!!!!! I WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!! A fully staffed team that moves so slow food is coming out before smoothies and employees can?t pay attention to get names of... customers correctly so their food goes sitting for way too long at the counter. This was my first time visiting Tropical Smoothie (12/21/2020) and I must say that I prefer their smoothies over Smoothie King. ... I had their Peanut Butter Cup smoothie which has banana, peanut butter and chocolate. My husband had the mocha madness. Wealso got the triple berry oat just to try. We both loved all of the different smoothies. I will definitely be returning. Read more
