Im not at all the type of person to write reviews on places especially fast food. But I?ve been to this place multiple times and... it has always been a bad experience. Today I had ordered 5 sandwiches and only received 4. Didnt get ranch or bbq for any of thechicken nuggets. Didnt receive any straws or napkins. Worst Wendy?s ever. Fast food is a HIGHLY over exaggerated word for this restaurant. Staff is rude, food is never ready and I... will never be back. I?ll drive further. Also I have all the time to write this review because I went through the drive throughand was told to pull around for about 6 min and they will have my food out, if been here for over 20 and a few cars are ahead ofme still waiting. Over 6 of us waiting in line to get our food. And we can?t leave because we have already paid for it. Read more
Waited 15 minutes in line as only 3 people were working in the entire restaurant. Opened my burger and it was cold and the... burger looked like a burned hockey puck. It must have been sitting out for a very long time. I took it inside to show them andget a new one. They asked what was wrong. I told them to look at it and feel it. The manager didn't seem to think anything waswrong with it. They did give me another one, but when I opened that one, it was just the burger - no lettuce and tomatos or nocondiments as ordered. I was not going back a second time. The staff acted like I was imposing on them to ask fir a hot burgeras I ordered it. Will never be back to this location. Read more
Only appeared to be 2 people working so I give them credit. They were Very polite. The building itself is very gross and run... down. There were spiders hanging all over, actual spiders. Tons of flies, and the bathroom was disgusting. My sandwich was okay,but definitely not worth the price they charge. It has mayo on it but I maybe had one tiny little drop. Read more
Came in with about 10 people, the workers ignored us for at least 5 minutes and we could hear them make comments about how they... didn't want to take our order, and the amount of orders it would be. Finally we were acknowledged by someone who looked to bethe manager based off of the color of her shirt. But we still had to wait after that for someone to take our order, and thatperson was the one who came off of his break. He deserves a raise as he made sure everybody ordered and got their food. He wasalso the only one who offered an apology for the lack of customer service the rest of the staff had. While we were waiting forsome of our food someone came in who had their order messed up in drive thru, which I think speaks for itself. The manager tookone of the people in my group's orders but then ignored us for the rest of the time that we were in there, I work in retail andone of my managers would never act like she did. Overall if you are looking for a bad customer service I would go here,otherwise drive the extra distance to another Wendy's. Still though think the guy who came off of his break deserves a raise, heis the only reason this is 2 stars not 1, I wish I got his name to make sure he got the recognition he deserves. Read more
Workers did not acknowledge our presence for at least 5 minutes and talked about how they did not want to take our order. Took... about 15 minutes before our order was taken. Not 1 star because of the one dude that came in after his break and finally decidedto get us food, he?s a real one. The manager, on the other hand, was rude and unhelpful. Read more
Horrible ghetto workers blaring music out the window and gossiping. No wonder my food wasn't made correctly, and no wonder they... made my baconater with chili meat. Not to mention the bun wasnt toasted so the bread is falling apart.my chili is flavored waterwith a bean here and there no meat. Wendys used to be all about quality, I'd know I worked for one in Michigan for 3 years andTennessee another 3. I will never come back and I'd never recommend to anyone else. Read more
I stopped in to try the Pretzel Bacon Pub Burger and they were out of pretzel buns. I asked them to make the burger on a regular... bun and they reluctantly did so. The fries were a bit slow so I had ate most of the burger when they brought the fries out, Iasked for ketchup and they were also out of that. For a large chain which likely has good inventory management tools I found theexperience very dissapointing. The dining area was also pretty gross, no excuse especially since I had one of two occupiedtables. Read more
