I grew up eating Yaya?s and it was one of the best fast food places to eat at. The chicken was good, salads, pita bread, rice,... etc and it was good for you! But it has gone SO downhill in about the past 7 years I?d say. Perhaps one of their most infamousitems was the ranch dressing because it was Yaya?s brand and was unlike any other dressing you could ever buy/make. I went therea couple of weeks ago and paid over $20 for 2 ?large? salads that were extremely small and I got super small cups of cheap ranchthat was definitely not the Yaya?s original. Apparently they don?t have it anymore? The time prior to this my family & I didn?tfeel well after eating there. So this was my last chance for Yaya?s to change my mind and they failed. I used a coupon for buy 1 dinner get 1 free. I ordered 4 dinners total. After discovering the coupon worked for only 2 dinners I... then gave them my other coupon. They refused to void my order and redo it. I'm not happy. I only eat there when I have a couponanyway. ???? Read more
Not nearly as good as the location in Lansing. The chicken is kept in a steam tray and gets soggy and dry. The salads are still... pretty good, the stream tray is less noticeable on the boneless chicken, though it's still on the dry side. Sometimes you getsome browned lettuce at this location. Always out of the YaYa's dressing (though could be supply chain?). The issue I have isthey tell you they have it, then give you generic ranch which isn't nearly as good and tastes nothing like the original YaYa'sdressing. Read more
Just stopped in for a chicken salad and mashed potatoes and gravy. Well I didn't get the mashed an gravy. Don't bother calling... cause they don't answer the phone. I guess they don't know how to answer landlines phones. Read more

Food is delicious but customer service was horrible. The woman who took my order was constantly on her phone and not paying... attention while doing her job as a cashier. I cant get serviced because they're in the back having personalconversations,giggling and laughing. Read more
I have never had such awful service and food in my life and at a yayas at that. Highly disappointed. Wouldn't refund my salad... that had 3 bites taken out of it before I realized it was infact that bad, because they said half of it was gone when in realitythey sold me basically a side salad for $14. Lesson learned I guess. Never again. Read more
