Picked up lunch for my wife and I. Her 6 piece chicken strip only had 3 chicken strips, no dipping sauce, was supposed to have... two cups of nacho cheese. I was supposed to have a double meat burger and tater tots. Got fries and a single patty burger. Theynever get orders 100% right at this location, and for $31 for fast food, you?d think they?d get something right. Have triedcalling several times and no one will answer. Never going back. So I tried again to go here just to see if it was better since I finally got a reply back.. but I was so dissapointed.. to have... the drive thru person say what else very rudely after you order a item is very rude as well as no cheese on the burgers I askedfor it three times then ordered a large blizzard which was not even close to full. I live about 5 minutes from this location went for ice cream for my mother aunt myself and my daughter. Waited 20 minutes AFTER... paying for the ice cream in the drive through for them to tell me another total for a different order saying they thought minehad already been given out. Then was told to pull forward to wait an ADDITIONAL 10 MINUTES! Everything was extremely melty wasnot given a cup carrier until i asked like they assumed me being 1 person with 2 hands could carry 4 ice creams AND drive at thesame time. Right now the name of the lady is evading g me but I feel like it is Deborah. She was amazing. My daughter spilled her gravy on... her foot and screamed from the pain, she jumped into action and brought her some ice and a kind word. I waited in line for 15 mins just to find out the girl at the window forgot to put my order in. She tried to give me a free... blizzard that the people in front of me had paid for it. I had to wait another 15 mins for my meal. $16+ for a meal and a 30 minwait should of gone somewhere nice to eat. Read more
