This is by far the worst sonic in out area! They never get anything right food is cold and mangers are a joke. They make them... repeat your order back to you but don't put the right items in the bag. Order was all wrong ! I paid for 3 plain and dry double cheeseburgers and received 1 single cheeseburger 2 double cheeseburgers... all which had ketchup?. Chili fries with barely any chili ? ordered through the app Arrived there 15 mins later and had to waitanother 25 mins. NOTHING MAKES A PERSON MORE ANGRY than to get ripped off! Read more

MAYO ON ONE BUN FOR DAYS, KETCHUP, UNDER COOKED HAMBURGER PATTY & THE REST OF THE VEGETABLE'S. THE TATER TOTS WERE UNDERCOOKED,COLD & TASTED LIKE OLD FRYER OIL. Cheap service high price, go anywhere else. Avoid this place like the plague! Ordered 2 popcorn chicken with Buffalo on the... side, specified that, not what I got, also ordered mozzarella sticks, those were burnt, ordered 2 route 44 sweet teas, gotunsweet, asked again for 2 route 44 sweet teas again got unsweet tea, this cheap service cost me $30 could get a thousand timesbetter meal and service from almost anywhere else for that price, avoid this place like the plague! Service is typically pretty quick here. Food is good, most of the time it comes out fresh. Staff here is nice, friendly, and... professional. Had my order wrong several times and they were always happy to fix it. It's usually not super busy here eitherwhich is nice. Read more
My daughter placed an order for a small popcorn chicken and paid for it...all at the kiosk, with no help from any employee of... Sonic. It asks if you want to give a tip, and gives options to choose from. My daughter chose no tip, repeatedly. It keptchanging it to $2 over and over again until it finally just charged her credit card for the popcorn chicken AND the extra $2! Webelieve in tipping, but we do not believe in forced tipping, especially for something like this. The runner only had to walkabout 20 ft and hand her a bag of food. They didn't take the order, didn't have to go back inside to charge the card... nothing.When my daughter tried to tell the runner what happened, she literally took off back into the store. We have tried calling thelocation MANY times, to tell them that my daughter was charged without her permission, but we can't get them to answer thephone. The way the runner acted, made it seem like they know this is happening, and are taking advantage of it. Paying a $2 tipon a $5.73 item is just ridiculous to begin with, but it really is the principle of the thing. How many other people are theyscamming? Read more
