It is very unfortunate considering the possibilities for this location. Could absolutely be a huge money maker for the right... owner/management but, it will never happen with the service and management currently in place. Now don't get me wrong the foodis not bad at all but the process of actually getting it to your table and getting what you ordered is a totally differentthing. They never have the same staff because only once has there been a waitress who knew what to do. Every other time it hasbeen a train wreck. Don't have time to go anywhere else on lunch because the other options are in the exact same position asthis place. Terrible management but could be awesome if they cared at all about the position they were in to make money andreturn business from it being a great place instead of the only option. I still recommend the place but until they changesomething you are not gonna be pleased with the service at all. Read more
It's a seat yourself get your own silverware and menu place. Had no refills the whole meal. But I do have to say the food is... good! We enjoy the food and appetizers when we go. Read more

Great service loved the old time feel super fast. The best service ever. Loved the fried pickles and cheese curds. I left a... 10.00 tip due to the great service. This is my first time to Arkansas. I am very impressed with the kindness and care of the Arkansas people. This is a must place to visit. Two thumbs ???? up. Read more
The food was good although a bit basic. Filled the empty slot. I liked the waitress, she was young and so has a lot to learn... but she has an exceptional attitude. Would love to see a buffet. Read more
Waited over an hour and was told we may have to wait even longer. The cook was visibly high on drugs and attempting to interact... with customers. The main waitress proceeded to talk poorly on customers who left without receiving their food. One table whosaid they had been there 30 minutes before us had left empty handed after being told their food would be later as they whereleaving the wait staff changed their comment to say it was sitting in the wait window if they wanted to sit back down to eat.The cook then got upset and just trashed all the plates. One young waitress was more than helpful and tried to make amends butwas limited on what she could do. After all this we received an apology and a list of excuses about a page long. I havepreviously had excellent service here and was looking forward to the same great place i came to love. It would be in the dinersbest interest to "clean house" and restaff. I am unsure if i will return or if the 5 other tables i saw leave will do the same.I regret posting a low review but until changes are made i can not see a new review making way. Read more
