Just had a great Valentine’s Day dinner! Nice to see James (waiter) and Jim (GM) again. They welcomed us like family members... and made us feel right at home. Dinner was phenomenal. We had Tuna Tartare and Stuffed Figs (Prosciutto Wrapped - Soft Pecorino- Rosemary Ginger Reduction - Arugula) for appetizers. Each was unique and delicious. For dinner we had Potato Gnocchi (Squash -Goat Cheese- Sage - Prosciutto) and Yellowfin Tuna (Roasted Corn - Mushroom - Asparagus - Wasabi Whipped Potatoes). You have totaste them to know how good they are; nothing I say will do them justice. I’ll let dessert speak for itself. Definitely anoutstanding restaurant, with a superior staff that never fails to deliver. If you’ve never been to BC Bistro, go this week!You won’t regret your choice!!! Read more
Great addition to floral park eats. Went for lunch on a weekday. Food was amazing and attentive service. Beautiful new... restaurant atmosphere. The French toast is overwhelming so you may need to share. They don't have any complimentary rolls thatmost restaurant bring out prior to entres, but maybe they will add. Extraordinary dining experience. A superior level of care in every detail. The decor, service and food were all completely... outstanding. The French toast literally melts in your mouth. 5-star Manhattan quality restaurant experience in Nassau county. The chicken diavolo was a delicious combination of potatoes,... spinach and perfectly cooked chicken in a spicy cream sauce. Every bite is delicious! Also the pear cranberry salad wasdeliciously devoured. This place just opened up and will be very popular. Read more
After several visits I already can't wait to grab a bite again... from their fantastic tuna tartare, delicious pastas, to their... famously-known decadent desserts, BC Bistro without a doubt will be a staple spot for Long Island.
