DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION CHEAP SCUM FRANCHISE OWNER! I ordered the famous bowl combo yesterday and when I asked the women for... sauce as I gave my card to her I wanted to try the new buffalo ranch they advertised on the glass of the business but shedecided to ignore me and not respond to me and had a man give me my food after and he asked if I would like ketchup I declinedand asked for the buffalo ranch again and he said to me " I cant give that to you cause you didnt order the right meal for thesauces " I replied " not even one sauce? " he replied with " I have a low stock inventory I dont have enough to give to peoplewho order tenders he just continued to argue over one sauce packet and was being very rude after that so I decided to justleave. highly unprofessional response considering its not a customers business on stocking issues. Horrible place; they are not using any ingredients from the original KFC, all locally baked nasty salty chicken, just using the... brand name. Quality of the chicken is poor and if you order non spicy chicken it is just nasty and spicy too has the same oddtaste. The price is too heavy and the customer service is poor!! Someone from food and safety must inspect this place andpenalize them for selling local foods under a branded name, cheating the public. Read more
It's a KFC, obviously, and if you like their take on chicken, you will not be disappointed here. Individual pieces tended to be... on the large side, and all looked and tasted fresh, even juicy, something some chicken chains fall short on. Chicken was not salty or greasy. Very good deal of 10 piece leg and thighs only for $17.99. I took one star off because the... employees ask what sauce I wanted but then come back and say chicken don't come with sauce. I don't know why they asking me topick sauces. The OG Chicken restaurant chain in the United States. Best chicken in the area. Can never get tired of it. Customer service is... very friendly and the staff is terrific even when they are faced with a difficult customer.
