This place is clean and the staffs are friendly. We love coming here for a quick lunch.

Very sloppy in filling mobile orders. I was missing the almonds for the Summer Strawberry Salad. When I told the cashier, I got... pecans instead. Other customers came back in to get their missing items too so I am not the only person. They were missingdrinks and other food items. For my incident, if the store doesn't have almonds in stock, they should tell you and not just giveyou whatever the staff could find. I got pomegranate dressing instead of champagne dressing too. The past seven times we've gone to the drive-thru, they've gotten my girlfriend's order wrong every single time. They don't know... the difference between a regular hamburger and a specialty burger. Food was terrible! Employees were not following NYS health codes. No gloves no mask! Server shoved gloveless hand inside the fry... container. Then bare hand covered the fries as it was put into the bag. Food was just horrible! Will never return due to thelack of care during a global pandemic! Very slow service. And the Jr. Cheeseburger deluxe was not cooked enough. Cheese was still cold and solid. It should be melted... on the burger. Anyway, I cut class from FPM once at this place when it was the old Wendy's. ???? Read more
