I came inside to order due to the long line in the drive through. They lady was on her cell- it was laying on the counter and... she was resting on her elbows chatting . After a moment she I enthusiastically asked me if she could help me. But did not hangup- only told her phone call to hold on. She continues to be lifeless- not enough energy to be rude aggressive justpassively. After a few more missed attempts to be kind I asked for the manager- I quickly see what the problem is/ there is nota customer service culture- at all- we were an interference. $50 for the meal - I asked her what was wrong - she gave me a look- no response. I feel so very sorry for the person who owns this business,for the employer who is Not around but hoping thingsare going well Read more

Arrived to entire table of employees partying it up, and walking rudely past customers. Ordered spicy fish, didn't... have...ordered flounder sandwich, no lettuce... ordered cracklings, was given 2 Tablespoons......VERY DISAPPOINTED,!!!! Manager however, was very kind and apologetic ! Read more

I wanted to try one of the new giant fish sandwiches, because my husband had gotten one the day before and it was really good. I... ordered the spicy sandwich combo. They were completely out of tartar, but I ordered it any way. The sandwich looked really good.I added my own tartar. Took a bite and the fish seemed squishy. After breaking pieces off I saw why. The batter was still verywet on the inside. It was very thick and not cooked through. This was the opposite of how it was the day before. I triedcalling the restaurant for 20 minutes and no one answered the phone. I called the next day two different times still no answer.How can you fix the issue without answering the phone? I am very disappointed at this. Either refund me the money or make thefood correct. I have my receipt. Read more

Worst customer service ever. My order was 20.00 and nothing was right, half the items were left off, the chicken my dog couldn't... eat it was so tough,,tea was spilled all over the counter top and I had to beg for a napkin to get it off my hands, told thecashier Christina about it and she was very non chalant about everything thing,,even over charged me to, very disappointed. Andeven more disappointed that cashier was talking about me to another employee in front of me ?!!! Left my hush puppies off twiceand tartar sauce was told they were out because container was empty and she didn't want to have to refill and then cook gave mea dirty eye when having to give me the hush puppies they left off and I know him and the cashier Christina was talking about meas I seen her nod her head towards me and he looked at me nasty . I went to Captain Ds to get husband's and my favorite food from there (10 pc Jalapeño Poppers) and we was disappointed.... Everyone we ate, there was nothing in it except for a pieces of jalapeños. Plus looked like teenagers was goofing offespecially when there was a line at the drive-thru. Read more
