You would think, since it?s a Christian owned food chain, the service would be amazing and holy. Well not the case for me. I... don?t come here to eat but I come here almost everyday to pick up doordash orders and every time I come here, I will be standingon the side where you wait for mobile orders and doordashes and the workers will look at you , but will never ask you what doyou need. I always have to interrupt somebody to get their attention. And 95% of the time, the order that I?m picking up isalready ready to be picked up but yet I still be standing there for so long and why? I just don?t understand how the service isthat bad when the employees actually get paid pretty well. I get better service somewhere like Krystal?s or McDonald?s. If Imade $15 a hour at a fast food restaurant, you?d see me chasing after customers if they forgot something. Read more
The order was really messed up.. My wife ordered a chicken club meal with a vanilla milkshake, I ordered a plain chicken... sandwich. Upon reaching the window, my wife's order was totally mixed up, the cashier had no idea what was ordered, we had toexplain her entire order again. The sandwich I ordered was not even mentioned so I just forgot about it. This is the firsttime I have ordered anything from you and you may rest assured it will certainly be the last. Read more
I am so so pleased with my experience this morning. Cassidy, a manager that helped me all morning, was phenomenal. I had ordered... breakfast online and gotten there later than I had anticipated so the app cancelled my order. Because I called knowing I wasgoing to be late she had my order ready when I got there! Lately most employees have realized they can get away with almost anything. The Chick-fil-A cashier that helped me was friendly... and respectful, although I tried something new the food was also good fresh and well prepared. I WILL VISTA AGAIN. Read more

3rd times the charm. As in the 3 time I've actually visited this Chick-fil-A in the morning. I ordered the family sized... chick-n-minis. I ended up with the 4 count.... I asked what all came with it. They said hash rounds and a drink. I was thinkingmore than that but I said ok. They didn't read back order to confirm. So I pulled up and with a confused look on my face Ididn't say a word Just paid and took what they ordered for me. I'll just get the rest of family's food at Jack's. Read more
This place is a hit or miss. The nuggets don?t be done. They are never crispy. They are always a very light brown color with... soft/runny crust, nothing like advertised. And was told by the manager that they don?t do well done nuggets because they say itholds up the line. Umm the lines are already long and don?t move fast anyways. Read more
