In what world does it take over 40 minutes to make an order of twelve nuggets and one fry at 10:30 am? IN WHAT WORLD???
A friend of mine just went in to order some food for me and a group of friends. They have some anxiety issues so they decided to... order from the Kiosk to avoid having an episode after a tough day. Quickly after they ordered, several employees began loudlycomplaining about it being too large and when they finally got it one of the employees practically threw the food at them andignored their attempts to apologize for the the inconvenience and thank them for the service. Said friend was so upset that theyended up spilling some of our food on the way to the car and almost breaking down on the ride back. As someone with fast foodexperience myself, I must say that this was appalling service and that the management at/with this location should be deeplyashamed for permitting this kind of behavior from the people on their payroll. No customer should have to endure treatment thispoor, regardless of any mental conditions they may or may not have and I hope that the company has the sense to penalize thepeople responsible, instead of deflecting blame or ignoring the matter, as I presently suspect they will based on the attitudethat was reflected by their employees. The employees at this Chick-Fil-A are always working their hardest. As one of, if not the busiest restaurant on campus, they do... an amazing job getting everything correct and deserve more apprecation! Read more
Food is always good and quick from this spot on campus. However, they do not offer meals. So it ends up being more expensive... having to buy individual items then it would be buying combos at a regular location. Read more

I used to frequent this Chick Fil A on a very regular basis, and I usually don't have any issues. Like any Chick Fil A, the... employees are pretty quick about getting food out, and it's normally good food (as far as fast food goes anyway). Lately,however, this has not been the case. I just stood in line for 20 minutes while the two workers behind the counter took theirtime taking a few orders before both going to spend 5 minutes putting food in bags, ignoring those still waiting to order. Iwatched as one of them came out from behind the counter and started whiping down surfaces that didn't even seem to be dirtybefore going back behind the counter again. Finally, a third employee joined the first two, and they took care of 3 customers inthe time it took one of the first two to get done with 1. When I finally ordered, I then had to wait 10 more minutes before Ieven got my food. The meal was warm, and it was what I ordered, but my sandwich looked like it had been stepped on, just likethe last several I've ordered here. This whole experience has been par for the course for the last few months, and it's a littlefrustrating. This used to be one of the best places to eat on campus, but now I'm not sure if I'll be coming back. Read more
Never been to a Chick-Fil-A with worse customer service or worse wait times. Such a busy location should absolutely not be... offering mobile orders, as they can barely keep up with the in-store orders they get. There have been multiple instances where Ihave waited nearly an hour for a simple, one-combo order. How is that acceptable for a location that is literally on a collegecampus? Some of us actually need to get to class on time, and that prevents us from going to this location as much/as often aswe might like to. Which, of course, loses money for the company. Additionally, several of my friends have complained of beingsick after being served undercooked food by this location. Upper management needs to deal with the myriad of issues that plaguethis place.
