Called in an order, said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived 30 minutes later, waited an additional 10 or more minutes. We... checked our bags before leaving parking lot, didn't receive all our order. Husband went back in and told them, he then was toldto bring all our bags back in (like we were not telling the truth). He came back out with everything gave me one of the bags andred sauce poured all over my lap, seat, phone, wallet, floor board because apparently they didn't closed the lid they opened!!VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SERVICE!!!!!!! Fiesta is my favorite Mexican restaurant by far however, the other night I was not impressed with this location. I ordered... Where to start. I want to love this restaurant. It?s extremely convenient for me but goodness. The service was so horrible I... quit going for over a year. I finally returned and the service for trip one was great! The food is ok, nothing great, but triptwo reminded me why I stopped going. It?s crazy how bad the service is. As a former server I just can?t believe how bad theservice is. Just go any weekend night. There?s a reason there?s no wait. When you just sit there and employees are are lookingat their phones or couldn?t care less it?s frustrating. There is one server who is really great. If you don?t get her, goodluck. If I could give this place less than one star, I definitely would. We ate here after graduation, waited at least 45 min for our... food and were practically the only people in the restaurant. When our food finally arrived, it was completely cold. The reviewsacross our party was pretty much mixed as far as taste, depending on their particular dish. I can only speak for the burrito,which was absolutely horrible. The taste was so bad, I could only manage enough bites so that my stomach wasn?t churning withhunger while waiting on everyone else to eat. I can honestly say without a doubt, this is the worst Mexican restaurant I haveever been to, I could have ignored the poor service had the food been decent. It could be that I, only with a couple more in ourparty just ended up ordering the worst tasting item on the menu with everything else being great? I can?t be sure, but therereally are no words to how badly my plate of food tasted, from the rice to the beans to the burrito itself. I eat here a lot. I generally get the same thing and love it every time. Most recently I ordered a burrito fiesta. Which has the... option for you to get shrimp filled for $2 more. I always pay for this option and have never had a problem. I was told I wouldonly get four shrimp if i got that option. Normally $9.99 plus $2.00 for shrimp filled. I don't feel like shrimp are expensiveenough to pay $11.99 for tortilla filled with four shrimp. Read more

Fiesta is a Staple of mexican in Florence. Its always been the go-to place to tame those quesadilla cravings!! Plus its one of... the few intimate settings for acoustic live music left after the, you know what-19 shut every body down.
