Every time I visited this restaurant it's been a bad experience, last time I asked for sausage wraps got bacon wraps instead,... chalked it down as a loss, this time sausage wraps again got cold wraps with no sauce. Carried it back and got just plain eggwraps. I called up their 9:50 am the female manager was rude and hung up on me while I was still talking.. SMH I'm done withJack's. Read more
Tried the new chicken nuggets today and not happy. I got fried hard breading and little chunks of chicken. They did not look... like the nuggets in the TV commercial at all! Ver dissatisfied!!!! Back to McDonalds for real chicken nuggets!!! Read more
If only I could give 0 stars. Other Jack?s restaurants are good but this location is horrible and under bad management. Ashley... and Sarina are rude and threatening. This place really needs to get rid of these two before they ruin Jack?s name. Besidesgetting orders wrong multiple times they told me to come in because they got order wrong and next time they would provide whatwasn?t delivered the first time. So I go in 35 days later with receipt and person I spoke to. They refused to honor what theywere to replace because somehow all of a sudden they want to pretend like I had a time limit. What a joke this place is.Crazy?now I?m out twice for driving 20 miles. Just sad really that they have incompetent people in management. People used to goto Jack?s for a great experience?now it is bad and nothing to do with respect. Read more
How many people think it is appropriate to have ?The Steve Wilkos? show on television in a public restaurant with today?s... episode of ?How could you beat your wife like that?? To make matters worse , I am in there with my wife and my children?ages12, 8, and 6. Of course my 12 year old is facing the TV and starts asking questions? I ask the manager about changing Thechannel and the manager says they do not have the remote?therefore they can not change the channel. If I remember correctly, thedistrict manager or someone else only has the ability to change the channel. Each restaurant needs control of the remote to thetelevision for this reason alone. Well?the manager apologized and if that is all you can do, then so be it. She should havejust turned it off. We ended up moving tables to a corner where the TV was not visible. However our food and milkshakes wereexcellent. Read more
Burgers hit the spot. service was quick. The Garlic Parm fries weren't for me but they were good.
Never go wrong with Jacks. They are super fast in the drive thru and the workers are friendly. Today it was lined up to the... highway but the employees were all still very nice and quick. Such a great place to eat! The line just shows you how good thefood is! Read more
Very clean restaurant. The outside was very nice and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and helpful with ordering. The... pictures of the food did not match what we received. The food was good but did not meet the expectations we saw on the picturesfrom the order board or from the outside of the restaurant. I really like the updated decor. This restaurant is located inkillen Alabama. I definitely would come here again. The big sandwich that we ordered was the barbecue pub sandwich and it lookednothing like the picture. It was a simple cheeseburger with added barbecue sauce, extra meat patty, French fried onions, baconand the regular stuff that comes on cheeseburger. It was not the gigantic burger that was posted. It was very small. It stilltasted good. I ordered the pub fries and was a little disappointed that it had maybe one tablespoon of cheese and maybe onepiece of bacon crumbled up. Next time I will know to ask for extra cheese because it barely had enough cheese to say that it hadcheese on it. It's like they give you the impression that you're going to get way more than what you get and then they hand yousomething that's a sample of it or something. But I will definitely order the pub fries again because they were very tasty. Theyjust need more cheese. I suggest if you're really hungry to order two of the pub BBQ burgers because they are tiny.
