Went there to get two large orders and they didn't have enough chicken to fill my orders. And they wouldn't even cook more to... fill the order. Very disappointed with this restaurant it is not like any Popeyes I've ever been to before. Read more
Worst take out experience I've ever had. I was accused of fraud/theft by the employee due to THEIR mistake of giving my food to... a scammer/confused door dash person. After being told they wouldn't remake the food, or give me a refund I was eventuallyhanded the store phone to speak to the manager, who was professional and understanding once I corrected the lie/confusion that Iwas the door dash person. While I was standing there waiting for the food to be remade, a separate employee was incredibly rudeto another customer that had just walked in. It felt like I was on a prank show or something. I know this is an infamouslyterrible Popeye's when it comes to customer service, but this was just too far. I will never spend money here again. I don'tcare how good it tastes, it's not worth being treated like garbage. If you HAVE to eat here, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Read more
Ordered two three piece dinner,,both spicy. Got the regular chicken instead of spicy. Would be nice if people could check orders... and give the customer what they pay for,,, also no potatoes that day. Read more
We ordered a 16 pc tender family meal with 3 sides. Instead we got whole chicken which by itself wouldn?t be that big of a deal.... What was a huge deal was the extra bowl of gravy we ordered open and poured all over the bag. The same bag they shoved way toomuch into than they should have. Is it too much to ask to use two bags? To use two small cups for the gravy instead of the largecup? I have been a regular here for over a decade, and the last year has been the worst I?ve seen it. Orders are rarely rightand rarely neatly put together. I understand the hustle and bustle of fast food since I worked in fast food for three years. SoI try to be more understanding to the folks who make and serve our food, but I?ve got to put my foot down here. I sincerely hopethis is read and that something is done to better their service. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE- STOP going to Popeyes in Florence, AL until the company understands that Customer Service is... Important!!! The service is HORRIBLE. The manager has a disgusting attitude. She really makes the mood depressing. CustomerService is not being mad because someone is patronizing the business. Popeyes do better with hiring these people. You get a 0with me.
