Nice place. Overstaffed. Less authentic than Taco Bell. Salsa was a can of crushed tomatoes. Menu was laughable. If you want... real Mexican food, avoid this place. Read more

Ok, so my family just moved here from California so this review may come as bias but I am going to be fair. First of all I will... say the atmosphere and decor is amazing!! But that?s about as far as it goes. The food here is gross, even the chicken fingersand hot dog my daughters got looked like they were microwaved. The Mexican food isn?t close to what authentic Mexican really is.The service was just as bad as the food. All in all, I?d rather forcefully eat Taco Bell than come back here. Read more

We waited a very long time for our meal while others did not (not sure if the order was misplaced??). We don?t like the white... cheese dip. It tasted very artificial. Our waiter was nice. Read more

Excellent. Lunch portions were plenty big enough and flavorful. Our waiter was great - professional and courteous.

Rosie's Mexican cantina has reopened their bar area with stools at the bar and their food is just as good as it always has been.... Rosie's is among the best Tex-Mex food in the Shoals area and always is hot and fresh. One of my favorite dining places. I wantable to try my favorite thing at Rosie's, their fried ice cream so maybe next time. My most recent visit however prompted me toupdate my review because it's been a few months since the wife and I dined at Rosies however we both were alarmed at some of thedifferences from what we were accustomed to before. Their White Cheese dip was extremely thin, almost watery, the ranchdressing, with the salad, was not near as good, also thinner and the Chicken Fajitas were disappointing. Never had I had a bador even mediocre meal at Rosies and I hope that this most recent visit was a one off and now a reflection of changes made totheir selections. I will return however I hope for a much better meal, something I'm usually accustomed to at Rosies, nexttime. I will be apprehensive as with Rosie's being one of my favorite dining places it will seem such a loss if the badexperiences continue. Because I do feel this may be a one off visit I will not reduce my 5 star rating because this was onebad visit compared to many more totally excellent visits. I just hope that deliberate changes were not made in attempts to cutoperational cost verses menu price adjustments due to the current economy and inflation. Lastly let me say that the manager didremove the charge for the cheese dip and one thing you can always count on at Rosie's is that their Management always cares andwill address any problems brought to their attention.
