The reason I didn't give 5 star's is when you order through the drive thur and you order a mexican pizza combo which comes with... 2 supreme tacos and get regular tacos everything else was good. Read more

Okay so I know I shouldn?t expect the GREATEST service from a Taco Bell, but can I at least expect my taco to be IN the shell?... Half of my taco was either in the bag or covering my napkins. It might help if you actually, I don?t know, wrap the taco up inthe paper instead of just basically throwing it in the bag hanging halfway out of its wrapper? That would be nice. We had the breakfast crunch wrap combo. It had hash browns, egg, sausage and cheese wrapped in a toasted flour tortilla. We got... the combo meal that came with the breakfast crunch wrap, drink and cinnabon delights for dessert. Pretty tasty meal. The wifeordered us some extra cinnabon delights because they were so tasty. Wished I'd ordered a coffee ? instead of softdrink to eatwith the cinnabon delights they would have been so good with coffee! Read more

Here's a breakdown on my visit Food 4 Service 4 very friendly staff Cleanliness 2 Restrooms 2 Many employees working at this... location which is great. Not sure why they wouldn't get at least one of them to clean dine in area. Two employees were on breakat the same time with one of them being a cashier. Several tables not wiped down, had food particles and paper on it. As I'mwriting review employee came around to pick up trays from garbage receptacles and walked by all these outstanding cleanlinessissues and returned back to her work area.... Cleaning does not seem front of mind and needs some attention. Read more
The Taco Bell on Wood Ave. is clean and the staff is friendly but they consistently mess up my order, and I always order the... same exact thing. Two crunchy beef taco supremes and a beef chalupa supreme. 9 times out of 10 I'm given regular tacos butcharged for the supremes. Often my tacos are so soggy I can't even eat them. The chalupa is usually great, although sometimesthe shell is undercooked. I only come to this one because it's right around the corner from my house, otherwise I'd go to adifferent one. My food shouldn't be soggy two minutes after purchasing it.
