The food was delicious. I had the 256 and I highly recommend it, as well as the pesto dip. The only reason for the three stars... for atmosphere was because there was a small child seated directly behind me, in a booth, seated after us, who beat on the backof the seat while I was trying to eat my meal. Our server was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our food and we will definitely beback. Highly recommend! Read more
The food was very savory and good, I think the serving sizes could be bigger for the price but it was super good. I had the Roma... calzone and the cheese was very good, the marinara wasn't too sweet and the texture of the innards of the calzone were justlovely. All around a great experience and on top of that the atmosphere was very cozy and the customer service was ideal, theservers were friendly and the food came out quickly. I hope I didn't give the impression it was pricy because I just spent 11dollars for myself and the person I was with spent the same, so for the experience and delicious food I'd say it's worth it. I have ate at most places in the Shoals as well as surrounding area, those that specialize and some that don't. I think it's... fair to say this place has my favorite NY style pizza. I just think other places have too much dough or add too much yeast. PieFactory has a decent crunch to its crust as well as a perfect cheese to sauce ratio. Ingredients are fresh and the pie istypically cooked to perfection. (My kids love it too.) Read more
