The food was delicious. I had the 256 and I highly recommend it, as well as the pesto dip. The only reason for the three stars... for atmosphere was because there was a small child seated directly behind me, in a booth, seated after us, who beat on the backof the seat while I was trying to eat my meal. The food was very savory and good, I think the serving sizes could be bigger for the price but it was super good. I had the Roma... calzone and the cheese was very good, the marinara wasn't too sweet and the texture of the innards of the calzone were justlovely. All around a great experience and on top of that the atmosphere was very cozy and the customer service was ideal, theservers were friendly and the food came out quickly. I hope I didn't give the impression it was pricy because I just spent 11dollars for myself and the person I was with spent the same, so for the experience and delicious food I'd say it's worth it. Iwill definitely be returning here and would recommend people in the area go here. Read more
I have ate at most places in the Shoals as well as surrounding area, those that specialize and some that don't. I think it's... fair to say this place has my favorite NY style pizza. I just think other places have too much dough or add too much yeast. PieFactory has a decent crunch to its crust as well as a perfect cheese to sauce ratio. Ingredients are fresh and the pie istypically cooked to perfection. (My kids love it too.) Read more

Three of us decided to visit tonight before enjoying First Friday. We arrived early to miss the crowd and were seated quickly.... That's when things went downhill. After sitting for more than 20 minutes (remember, this is a non-busy time!), we had to flagdown the hostess to have a server come to our table. Our server managed to get our drink order wrong, and then I decided toclarify that she got the food order correct - nope. Finally, having straightened everything out, it seemed things would start tosmooth out. Wrong. We ordered a pizza and a low-carb bowl; the pizza came out, but I had to wait another 20 minutes for the bowlto arrive. Talk about disappointed! Reference the pictures... The bowl in the advertisement was filled much more than what Ireceived, and there was no sauce or oil on mine, so it was extremely dry. I really appreciate the thought behind having alow-carb alternative, but if this is what is offered, don't bother! The only reason this is 3 stars and not lower is because wehave been here before and had a much better experience. Read more

Amazing food. I love the inside and the staff. Once again the pizza and the calzones are my favorites lots of options. Great... area easily accessible except for the parking. That and the grease are my only complaints great spot highly recommend it. Read more
