My wife and I stopped in on a Sunday for the games. We got there really early to get a good seat and they accommodated us on the... television and which games we wanted. As they started to get busier, the servers got less friendly, which is to be expectedafter we ordered about seven or eight rounds and a couple of sampler platter. I politely asked if I could have a fudge cake withice cream when she could, to which the redheaded server really angrily replied it?s going to be a while I?ll have to do itmyself and I have all those tables behind you to take care of and when I asked her what is a while? She started to go into otherissues that they have there basically declining my order I was going to stay til 4pm and leave a $50 tip but instead I just leftat 2pm missing the best game of my teams season and she only got 20. Which I feel is about $19 more than she deserved after thatepisode. She should not be in customer service if I owned that place she would be terminated immediately. It was just really badand I never complain. I really don?t like leaving bad reviews, but I will never go in that bdubs again. Plus the other servertold us they didn?t have coffee which I?m pretty sure they do because I?ve gotten coffee at other B dubs many times. I went out to eat there yesterday I waited for an hour for my food my waitress was very rude she was cutting us off before we... got a chance to even finish our order she completely forgot about one of our orders and they had to go back and make it becausethey forgot and then when we asked for to go boxes she came and slammed them on the table after we went to the manager the ladycame to our table trying to argue with us over her poor service. They have a deal of 10 wings for 9.99 and you also get fries. I came in on a Sunday evening; went to order the wings and was... told that ?it was a lunch deal only that they don?t have the button to ring it in? but went to another store the week prior andordered the same thing around the same time at NIGHT. Every time I come to this location, they either don?t have something or goand change the policy on the deals. Unless this gets new management I will not be back. So disappointing. Read more
This place is extraordinarily slow if you go and sit inside and are waited on so today we decided to do takeout. Placed the... order at 5:10 and I was told it would be ready at 5:40 ... Somehow this place is as slow with a takeout order as it is when yousit down and are waited on. We didn't get our food until 6:08 and we ordered an appetizer of cheese curds ... I door dash here. My biggest complaint is the parking but the staff have nothing to do with that so I won't score them low for... the parking lot.
