If you want your business to succeed please PLEASE fire your newer manager that does the ordering and promote the lady manager... that has been working for burger King for years. Obviously he doesn't know how to order food because we went a few nights agoand this location was out of all regular sodas. No mozzarella sticks. Glad we went when we did or else we would have not beenable to get onion rings since they had no more bags. Instead of EVERYTHING you were out of the one thing you had TONS of wascookies. Food was ok. But after asking politely to order fries I thought should have come with the order, I was treated like a burden by... the young drive thru attendant who had multi-colored fingernails. Rolling his eyes and becoming noticably more upset at me. Allthe while there were no other cars in the drive thru either. You know fastfood always seems to get a bad rep!!! Not this one, not this time!!! This Burger King goes above and beyond!!! They... make sure your food is hot and prepared the way you want it!!! The way it should be. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.The restaurant is very clean and more sanitized than some larger chain dine in restaurants with waitress/waiters staff!!!Everyone is very approachable in this Burger King ????????????. The outside and inside is very well kept! Our family is glad tosupport this location for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and occasional desert. Read more
We went here around 2:30pm Saturday ordered our food and the lady warned us that there was a wait because she was the ONLY one... in there working. We had no problem waiting. There were 2 people ahead of us. She took care of all 3 by herself and in goodtime! SHAME ON YOU BURGER KING FOR NOT SENDING HER ANY HELP! This lady rocked it today! She deserves a raise and recognition forher hard work! If it wasn't for her...this location would've been closed today. I would like to advise Burger King to takebetter care of their workers! I will say for the customers that are not patient - this may not be the place for you. Burger King is still suffering from the... pandemic as far as team members go. It's hard finding staff for many locations. If you walk in and see 3 people running thewhole place - your not getting your food very fast. It takes about 8-10 employees to efficiently run a shift and get orders outfast so if 3 humans is all you see- DON'T MAKE THE STAFF MISERABLE for it. The people that showed up for work should be treatedwith respect because if they weren't there- you'd be waiting longer. Don't yell at us or cuss us out because we are trying ourbest. Smile at us. Ask us how are we doing. Sometimes just a thank you for the employees is a great morale booster. Try itsometime because human kindness is free. Read more
If I could give 0 stars and leave a review, I would. I sat in the Drivethru for over 20 minutes. Employees were fighting inside... and I was told to pull up so I couldn't see the commotion, then they forgot about me. I could actually see them hanging aroundand talking inside. I'm only posting this review to hopefully avoid customers from getting food poisoning. I ordered my meal, stood at the counter... waiting and witnessed the cook, not wearing any gloves making sandwiches. He then proceeds to grab a wet rag, wipe the counterdown and without washing his hands continue to make sandwiches. Grabbing the meat from the tray with his bare hands instead ofthe tongs, then the cheese, then pickle etc. To make matters worse there were two members of management watching him not sayinga word. Clean and sanitary are not in this burger kings vocabulary. When it comes to someone getting sick or deathly ill fromeating here is a matter of "when" not "if". Read more
