Packed my dinner but ended up working next to this Chile's location. Just had to at least get a soup to go. Ordered the... Enchilada soup . It's excellent and probably my favorite soup at Chile's. Everyone?s food choices worked for them but for myself the black bean burger was NOT hitting. It was just not what I was... expecting texture and/or flavor-wise. I enjoy the impossible burgers, I guess that was more of what I was looking forward too. This visit was not a deal breaker as we have had good experiences at Chili?s. Read more

Went here on a request of a friend for their birthday celebration. The food was good. The wait was a bit long and they kept... seating people in front of us. We had 4 people and they seated 4 sets of 2. Some tables for 4 were clearly empty but they chosenot to seat groups of 4. I don't understand, you have empty table for 4 and then you seat multiple groups of 2 and keep uswaiting. If you seat two groups of 2 that's 4 people to get served while a group of 4 wait when clearly you have open tables. Idon't understand this kind of thinking. Groups of Two only right now while groups of 4 wait, for what reason would you do this?4 servings is 4 servings! NOT HAPPY WITH THIS. Read more
They were definitely short on staffing the day we visited. We're only using about half the tables in the restaurant, so had to... wait for one. Food wasn't bad, but nothing exceptional either. Read more
Enjoyed a Friday dinner with the family at this conveniently located Chile?s (Meijer?s parking lot near multiple hotels). It was... busy and we waited 20 mins (had estimated 35 minutes). We were pleased. Our server Jonathan was excellent. Very friendly,quick, and attentive in spite of being short staffed and very busy. He took our order right away and food was to us fairlyquickly. Prices were reasonable (3 items for $10 deal was great). Recommended. Read more
I?m guessing short staffed. Which I can understand. My friend and I went and sat at the bar. The bartender said that she would... be right with us. This was around 2:20. We figured she had the entire bar and knew it may be a moment before we got a drinkorder in. Well ten minutes go by and nothing. Again, she?s busy. At least now we know what we want and will be ready to go. Nextthing you know, a manager comes and chats up a couple across the bar from us. There is another couple sitting beside them thatlike my friend and I, have yet to be served. It?s about 2:40 at this time and the manager hasn?t even checked on anyone at thebar. We are sitting there, no drinks, nothing and he is chatting away about how long he?s worked there and how life is going. Ilooked at my friend like, if it?s this bad now, we will probably never get our food. We left and went to Texas Roadhouse. Idon?t blame the bartender at all.
