Food is always good. Service is great, employees are friendly. However I recently wanted to get my grandson one of the minions... dolls they had but unfortunately they told me that they were $10.00. My burger was uninspiring, and the curbside pickup experience left much to be desired. I arrived precisely on time, but no one... came out. An employee told me that I must call the store to have my order handed off (it seems the "I'm here" button on thewebsite is just for decoration). LOVE THE PORK LOIN SANDWICH! I always get it plain with pickles and mayo. Also, must try the root beer. It is homeade and very... fresh. The staff is awesome. Especially Ms. Amber who took our order. I was craving cheese curds. Culver's were shockingly bland and had the texture of a deep-fried pencil eraser. Dairy Queen's... cheese curds are gourmet fare in comparison. On a positive note, the wait at the drive-through was shorter than anticipated,considering the exceedingly long line. The employees must have been working very hard to keep the line moving so well. Food isn't bad but mainly go for the ice cream. Location and access in and out is decent. Inside is not dirty but not the... cleanest place ever. Decor is average. Overall avg place with decent hours standard service decent food and prices with aboveaverage ice cream with plenty of selections. Read more
Came in with my boyfriend and son for dinner. We hadn?t ate Culver?s in a while so decided to go eat here. The food was decent... but the wait time was really long and the restaurant was gross and dirty. No tables were clean, floor wasn?t swept, trash binswere full. There was also an employee walking around talking on her phone saying ?These ?M??fers? are so lazy here?. The food isalso expensive. I expect better service for what we paid for. Read more
I just went through the drive thru window. There were eight cars in line ahead of me. The line moved along at a good pace. The... young people that waited on me were nice and nest looking. Spoke clearly while smiling. I was very happy with all that. The onlyproblem that I had was the milkshake that i ordered for $8. Wasn't a shake ar all. It was so thick that I couldnt drink ituntil much later. I drink a lot of shakes and I am s little picky . If you going to sell shakes well shake the up. Read more
