I get the maple bacon breakfast croissant. It comes with egg and white Cheddar cheese as well. It's really good when fresh.... Unfortunately, I often get a cold sandwich instead of a hot one. The egg is sometimes cooked fresh. The bacon is fresh abouthalf the time. You can also order the maple bacon separately. Once, I got undercooked bacon on my sandwich. I get the sandwichprobably 1 to 3 times a week. I also would recommend the stuffed cream cheese bagels. They are kinda expensive, though. Read more
Just drove through and ordered a large shake. The young lady that was working was very nice. The shake cost almost $9.00. I... thought this must really be a great milkshake. I drink a lot of milkshakes by the way. This shake comes out and was so thick Icould not get it through the straw at all. After trying several times with no luck I thought I would keep track. Leaving it asis I was finally able to taste my $9.00 shake after 27 minutes. By then I wasn't in the mood. $4.75 worth went in the trash. Read more
The Dunkin' chain has serious issues with accepting debit cards. Twice now I have been charged a penny for my order but was... informed my card was declined. It's an easy problem to fix. We just don't ever shop there any more. Read more
If I could rate this Dunkin Location, I would give it a 0. While some of the staff are friendly (on the evening shift) the... morning and afternoon crew are appalling. They are not willing to replace drinks you don?t like or fix them. There is one womanwho is rude, nasty, bossy, and mean. Several people I know refuse to come here because of the lack of customer service and theunfriendly mannerisms. I no longer go to this location when that employee is there because of her attitude towards customers. Iwill be contacting corporate regarding the terrible experience and lack of respect I was shown. Some of these indian employees have the worst customer services in this location. You're almost invisible when standing inside... to either wait to order or get a drink. When you go through the drive-thru, hope the item you mobile ordered is in stock. Ifnot, they'll try upcharging to another drink/menu item. Not very friendly, but not rude. Just focused & fast. Apparently they don't prepare your order ahead of time if you order... through the app. They wait until you arrive. Upside is it's always fresh. Downside is you might wait a little once you arrive,but usually not too long. NEVER understaffed. One of the better DD's in our area, for sure. Read more
The hummus toast is absolutely delightful. Coffee is delicious... I miss the $3 brown sugar cold foam special. The person taking... the order was not very friendly but we got everything correct and quickly. Read more
Coffee and donuts! Better than the other location i went to over the weekend that got my latte order wrong! They were very nice... about it, but also forgot to give me my donut! Had to ask for it after i got my drink! That never happened at this location so iprefer this one best. Read more
