We had a rather nice time here. The atmosphere was family oriented and the food was pretty good. There were a few different... things on the menu. But, overall, your average Mexican restaurant. It was clean, staff were nice, and the food was good. I justdidn?t get the ?WOW? factor to give this a 5. Thinking I?ll go back again in a few weeks and give them an opportunity to makethis 4 a 5. This restaurant used to be really good but not anymore. The dinner menu is a rip off and tastes pretty bad. The dinner prices... are more than lunch prices and they say that?s because they provide more quantity, which is acceptable if they really did. Inreality this is not true anymore as they provide same quantity as lunch meal and the worst part is to make you feel full theypour so much of cheese on your food that literally all you can taste is cheese and it will leave a bad feeling in your stomachfor a lot of hours. Good service and atmosphere. Food was decent in flavor and portion. It was not a bad meal, but not the best ever. Well not be... my top choice for Mexican style cuisine, but if someone wants to go, I won't say no either. Margaritas were very flavorful butlacking a little in alcohol. Have driven by this place hundreds of times and eaten at so many places around it... Finally last night it was time to give it a... shot, wish years ago when first driving by and seeing it we would've stopped and tried it... First greeted friendly and thenfrom start to finish our server was just great!! The food and margaritas were right on point also... Absolutely Fantastic!!!! Let me recommend the Choriqueso. It was some of the best I've ever tried. My Dad got the Rio Grande... fajitas and thoroughly enjoyed them. The grilled chicken quesadilla a la carte was perfect for Mom. I got a combination platewith a beef burrito, chicken enchilada, and tamale. All three items were delicious! Excellent service, food was very tasty, each of our dishes had thier own distinct flavors. Each booth had separation from... others. Easy in and out and lots of parking. All employees were wearing masks. The server made regular checks on us to make sureall was ok. Had a good selection of menu items. Also has weekday lunch specials. Prices were reasonable. Read more
We aren't from the area, we love trying Mexican food. Let me tell you this restaurant did NOT disappoint. It was absolutely... delicious. Every plate was empty, staff was efficient and courteous. The restaurant was packed. But our food came out quicklyand my was it fantastic. We are staying in town for 2 nights and almost wanna go back instead of eating somewhere else! Read more
