Literally the sweetest people I have had the chance to meet! The night shift for 9/16 @9:03pm were so sweet and accommodating... when I called about dine in hours. I later decided to do take out but they made sure to tell us that dine in was available andthat they were more than happy to serve us. I felt welcomed and will defiantly be coming back! Read more
Food was good. I know it's not their fault that they're under staff however I waited 50 minutes to get my food from inside when... they gave me the order I walk outside to my car only to realize I was short at some items could not come back in because theyhad the door locked to do the short stay off and not being able to keep dining room open tried to call into the store could notget them to answer the phone had no choice but to wait in the Drive-Thru which took another 30 minutes I got to the store at5:00 I ended up leaving at 6:20 in the evening when I expressed my frustration in the Drive-Thru with the management she told methere was nothing she could do she was sorry that they're understaffed and I let her know that being in food service I get itbut the least they could do was to make sure that all of my food was in the bag. I wasn't expecting a 5 star Italian restaurant but this wasn't even close to Italian food. This was about what school lunch... tasted like when I was growing up. Nothing special here except for the bread sticks. They were the only thing that tasted goodotherwise my family had the same reaction to the "food". Read more
The food is great but the service is horrible. The drive thru was down so we came inside for carry out. There was a long line of... people waiting to order as multiple employees walked by and ignored us. After 15 minutes our order was finally taken and wasn?teven rang in correctly. It took another 11 minutes to receive our food and about half of that time was waiting on it to bebagged while it was just sitting on the counter. Short staffed tonight, waited fairly long to order and a decent amount of time to get food but still a 5 star experience thanks... to Kristian D. She was beyond spectacular as she ran the register, ran food out, apologized to everyone multiple times andpacked out orders. She took time with each one of us at the register and never made us feel rushed. Fazoli's and company's likeFazoli's only survive in this current climate thanks to employees like her. This restaurant was staffed by three people and at the time of my visit, they were having a huge rush of big orders. They... handled it like champs!!Champs!!! These ladies, YES ALL THREE LADIES, SLAYED THE DAY!!!! If I or my family want Fazoli's again,this place has my business forever! Not only were they aware that they were getting slammed, they handled it with ease and toldall the customers coming in what was up with the wait to order and get their order to the table. They didn't miss a beat!! Evenwhen I asked one of the ladies to get my drink cup for my order she was courteous and friendly about it all and made the wholeexperience worth the wait!! Normally, if you dine in and order a Baked sampler you receive your money?s worth. Today, had it delivered and it came in a... lunch size pan. Don?t waste your money. Dine in. Definitely not worth $14.99. The lunch specials are great but to order a dinnersampler, not worth it. Read more
