Well I got the new Love me tenders and they were terrible not cooked all the way the batter was doughy. My sister got the new... New York Steak sandwich it came with grilled onions and steak sauce but it had none. Bread had been microwaved and it was sotuff you couldn't eat it.plus the sandwich was $11.99 by its self you had to pay extra to get sides. Great waitress but new menuwas not what it advertised. Not bad. Had a new trainee and we were in a rush. Food was good. Service was good.
The all-day breakfast bar was perfection. There were plenty of options and everything was fresh and tasty. Sadly, the salad bar... was disappointing. Other than lettuce, there were no vegetables - no broccoli, no cucumber, no tomato. I would have appreciatedall three. Got this on my way into work. I had the breakfast burger and it was good. Not super big for having a double patty. The potatoes... on the side were nothing but squares of potatoes and pretty dry. I didn't finish those. I got a coffee for the drink and thecream the person gave me came out in chunks. She did not seem like she wanted to be there. The food was great. However, I had an awesome waitress. Lori did an amazing job. I have been to this frischs many times and have... had many waitresses but she did the best. I had ordered a craft burger platter. It was so salty I could not eat it. We were told there was new seasoning , and the cook... might have been a bit heavy handed with it. The waitress Katherine P (Kathy) was so kind! She talked to her manager, and madeour time there an excellent experience, instead of a bad one. They more than made up for the mistake.
