One star for the waiter’s service and for the manager who was extremely unprofessional and essentially accused us of lying... regarding the unsatisfactory experience but who eventually agreed to give us a 25% discount. We saw this place as we werepassing by and decided to give it a try without even checking google reviews. Honestly, sitting here I’m quite shocked thatthere’s over a thousand reviews here and they are overwhelmingly positive after our experience today. We ordered $100 worthof food and waited over 30mins after placing our order. The fried rice for all of the dishes were extremely salty andintolerable that the kids refused to eat it. The manager offered a 10% discount which we felt was unfair since we told her thatwe will not be taking any of the food and consumed less than 30% of the food. Long story short: the manager gave us 25% off thebill after making an entire argument. We paid the bill and accepted the loss and we’re leaving the restaurant hungry. I hopethis was a one off experience as the reviews are very positive. Read more

Horrible. The worst and most expensive meal I have ever had. Steak chewy. Scallops flavorless. Kroger level sushi. Soba was... Ramen. Not buckwheat noodles. I do not know how the hibachi service is and they were busy. The gyoza sucked too. Table totallywobbled. Geen Tea tasted like chemicals and the tea pot leaked. Tempura Shrimp made with Panko, too, not Tempura. IF you wantvery good Japanese food go to La Hiro in Florence KY. I suspect Fuji is Korean because they had Bulgogi and bibibop. Haru hasbetter Korean. And they make yakimandu that beats the Gyoza of Fuji. All I can say is we judged Fuji by number of customers. Read more

5/1/22 Dinner was great, all items nicely cooked on grill. Great group experience or to meet new people in a group of 6 - 12.... Great fun for adults and kids. They also have sushi bar dining, table menu dining, and a small bar area with decentselection. Went on a Tuesday night, immediately seated. Entertaining and a good meal, though shrimp and lobster was overcooked. Read more

Omg! This was my first time ever eating here & ever seeing the hibichan make the food! It was the best experience ever! I will... definitely be going there again. Amazing show & food was so delisious!! Very beautiful place, & very clean. The server and cookboth wore a mask. They had amazing customer service too. Read more

This place was an exciting Atmosphere, the server was very good, I didn't like that Gratuity was automatically added to my... check, because I paid for only myself and I was with five people. I could see doing 10 people or more being an ex server. It waspacked when I got there, so please expect some time but the chef was great and interacted with the table very well. Read more

The chief was very funny and put on an excellent show. The service on other hand was very poor. Food was excellent but orders... got mixed up a bit. And some of our family had to go to the bar to get their own drinks. 18% gratuity was added on our bill andthe waiter asked for bigger tips if you paid in cash he would keep your change. He also gave our credit cards to the wrongtable. Very expensive. 3 person family was over $114. Clear soup was very fishy tasting. Read more

The food and portions were good. The shrimp was cooked to perfection, steak medium rare as ordered. The chef did a super job... with the entertainment and cooking was super. We had 3 adults, one child, and one infant. They charged us an 18% surchargebecause we had 5 in our group. We didn't order for the infant. This was TOTALY unexpected. Only 4 people placed an order. Aninfact, ARE YOU KIDDING ME. So stupid on their part. For $3.30, the money they changed over a 15% tip, they will loosecustomers, and get a one star review. Others have complained about this. "caveat emptor" Tips are earned, period. SometimesI give 20% because of the COVID and restaraunts having tough times. This billing of 18% is disrespective of customers. Read more
