We love Gold Star, normally. But the white cheese, that supposedly tastes the same as the traditional cheddar cheese? No, it's... not good. Completely different, as pointed out by all three people at our table, and apparently by all three people at the tablenearby. It's just not good. Call it the placebo effect perhaps, but we didn't think it was good, or anywhere near the same. Theserver even admitted that customers complain about it all the time. Couple that with luke warm chili and service from a serverthat didn't seem to want to be there, and overall it just wasn't good. Sad. Read more
If you have a problem with anything and call the store instead of trying to help you they'll just hang up. Talked with the... manager when I picked up he was no help. When I mentioned getting hanged up with the girl started laughing acting all proud ofherself. And to top it all off it was already paid for and the manager wanted me to pay for it again. horrible customer serviceall the way around. I will never go here again Read more
Normally, I have had stellar service every time but the last two visits were lacking. Today, I literally sat at the drive thru... for 5min and no one said a thing. I would have been perfectly fine with a "Sorry about your wait, we'll be right with you" as Iam well aware of staffing shortages and I would have waited longer had anyone acknowledged that someone was waiting. I finallyjust drove away. I hope the 5 cars behind me in line had a better outcome. Read more
The service is always fantastic! My family and I eat here at least once a week! The food is always delicious and fresh.... Definitely would be a go to if your from out of town! Read more
Cheese conveys looked like they were trying to get rid of onions or something. We couldn't even eat them. We tried to take them... off but there were so many, we just couldn't. They were sickening. Read more
The service was slow to acknowledge us when we sat down. After waiting several minutes, the waitress finally came over to get... our order, but somehow neither her nor the manager seemed to understand how their own coupons work. Most of the employeesweren't correctly wearing their masks, with some clearly not even trying as their mask was tucked under their chin.Unfortunately, the ones not trying at all were the guy preparing the food (as seen in the photo) and the manager. The waitress charged me a tip on my ticket and I left a tip on the table so took my money the Chile was sweet and not hot the... bowl was small not enough for 6.99 and class sweet tea was 11.86 she rang up got 9 94 first I hope I want be back my first andlast time. Thanks for nothing Read more
