Our office orders delivery from here all the time! Thick pizza, good pizza!
Do not order here. They do not deliver and haven?t had delivery drivers for over one year. They use grubhub which is twice as... expensive and FAILS to deliver properly. Text orders always wrong. They refuse to honor discount for text orders even when theirtext service doesn?t work. Jet?s is going down the toilet. Not worth spending your hard earned money anymore. To start, you get very little for what you pay. I was also disappointed that when I asked if our pizza could be cut into half... slices I was told no. We were also given the wrong pizza and when I called the manager did not correct the issue. Read more

Horrible service and always wrong orders when it comes or burnt pizza. But my grandkids like it so I figured I'd try again... today.. Well that was a big big mistake!! I ordered a party pizza for my grandkids and the rest of our family only to have themsend another wrong order!! I called so I could speak with him regarding all these wrong and burnt pizzas, he kept cutting me offand then said I was lying about what we was supposed to have on our pizza, he said he can't help me with anything and he evenrefused to give me any information about his manger or corporate. He then said good luck because he's the manger at 2 stores inNorthern Kentucky!! Not my first time using this location. Today ordered and picked up a 2 topping large, jets bread and Greek salad. Salad was... wilted and pizza burnt around the edge. Not at all satisfied with quality of the product. While sitting there waiting i read thefounder's commitment to quality. How ironic. Read more
