Man ohhhhh MAN!!!! Love this place. So they are at their new location and it's is bigger and even better. Love the food and... the serivce here. In about another week or 2 they said they will have the bar up in running. The food here is always made toorder and fresh. The serivce is always kind and well attentive. The new location has a larger eating area, and more parking. I highly recommend this place if you want some really good authentic Mexican food. Really really good. Read more
Firstly let me say the new location is amazing, better atmosphere better parking, better seating etc etc. The place looks... amazing with the floor and painted walls and entry way. So much better than the old place. Menu is 100 times better, withpictures and overall placement to attract your eyes this place looks like jon taffer rescued it. The addition of a liquorlicense and bar now provides that last missing piece. The cool thing with la torta loca is their cuisine. A combination ofmexican and venezuelian. Two great food choices all on one menu. They were pretty busy but after 16 min wait we were seatedand our server was really good despite being slammed. The kitchen was slow however, took a while for food to come out and didnot come out at once. It was pretty tasty but the carnitas empanda and machata empanadas was a bit dry. This has never beenthe case in the past so perhaps it was just over cooked this time. The chicken and cheese and carne asada and cheese empanadaswere amazing though. Not sure if it was just the cheese that did it or what, but so much flavor. I am bit big on cheese butthese will be ordered everytime from now on. Drinks we pretty good. Good display, nothing over the top and not super strong butgood flavor. On a 1 to 10 I'd put the drinks at a 5 maybe 6. Now the price. Food was what it's always been so it wasexpected, I think a buck or two cheaper here and there but prices are pretty much the same as every other place with thiscuisine. The drinks however below me away. 10 bucks each got a bill almost double what I expected. If it were top shelve ok,but for house drinks at their size and the fact after 3 I wasn't even feeling them, 10 is a bit over priced. Would stuck withsprite had I known. Amazing!! Simply amazing. Nothing else to say. Hands down, the best food in Northern Kentucky. Fantastic atmosphere.

Oh. My. Gosh. What a hidden GEM in northern Kentucky. We tried a little bit of everything and it was all fantastic, but the... standout what the sweet plantain chilaquiles. MUST TRY! Highly recommend this restaurant and can?t wait to eat here again. Read more

Wow! That?s all I can say? I am constantly on the hunt for authentic, and this is it! We are visiting from Indianapolis and... have nothing close to this! Their food is amazing and service was great! The good is cooked to order and even my two boys, 8 &6 loved the empanadas, beans, and chips! I?d give it 10 stars if possible! If only you could open a shop in Indianapolis!!!! Read more
