This location is right next to where we live so as you can imagine we frequent it. I called two weeks ago to express my concerns... and spoke to a NEW GM, who ultimately blew me off (I could feel that he thought I was out to scam him for free food, which wasnot interested in), I want the problems with the location to stop and so that we can have EASY "stress-free family dinners" whenwe're in a pinch for time, GM assured me that there was a new 'sheriff in town' and things were going to be better! Yesterdaywas another $40 fiasco, so fed up! I did exactly as he suggested, that I speak to the person who brings the order to the car (Itold him they're rude when you ask questions, he told me to tell them to 'COME TALK TO ME'), well this time was a person in agray cotton button-up collar shirt.... pretty sure that was a manager, couldn't care less about what I had to say or ask; shelistened to what my problem was and turned around and walked right off without offering to fix it, LITERALLY just walked off. Again with wrong drinks, held over UNappetizing food, soft CHEWY pickles, no napkins, sloppy put together food, customizedsandwiches and requests not met....... OVER IT! Read more

Quick late night food run for the work family was hot, fresh and fast. Most MC Donald's suck during normal business hours so I... was very surprised by the organization, service, and freshness of my food. Shid, they working so well in there I bet the shakemachine was working and I could have got a Oreo McFlurry. Read more

This location manages to mess my order up just about every visit.. not only that, the managers tend be rude and don't beleive a... customer when they call to inform them of the wrong order. If you order from this location, I suggest you wait at the 2ndwindow and check your bag before you pull away. Read more

Hot fresh food, my order was correct the first time. Fast and very friendly staff who answered questions I had. They were busy... and I still got my order in a timely manner. Read more

Worst customer service ever?this was all between 5:30-7pm 7/22/22. We ordered 30$ worth of food for three kids and three adults... for pick up on the mobile app.My sister-in-law went to pick up the food waited 10 mins and then went inside and they asked whatthe order was and she saw it on the screen and they asked to see it on the phone so she went out to the car to get her phone andthen the order was gone and they told her that they don?t have the order even though we were charged. So I went myself told themand a worker said her would remake our order because he remembered them giving out the order and it was to the wrong person butthe manager said that they aren?t remaking the food and that I would have to reorder the food and pay all over again. So 60$later and 1.5hr of my time wasted to get a 30$ meal for my family and if I wanted to spend 60$ it wouldn?t be there. I will notbe ordering at any McDonald?s for while this was the worst customer service I?ve ever had?. Highly recommend not going to thisone at least I?d drive down to the other end of Dixie now on Read more

Generally everything I get is pretty cold immediately when I receive it. I don't ask for them to redo my meals-- I understand... they are busy location here, but it's pretty disappointing but I will to get my children some kids meals and it's cold thingssuch as the apples or their drink up against hot food. The fries would be cold no matter what from my experience personallyunless I would to have them made to order. I don't really don't do that because I did work in the fast food industry andunderstand they are filled with things to do have to crunch time. I don't like being an inconvenience. The wait times areunbelievable in the drive-thru. I once waited well over 45 minutes inside as well with my autistic toddlers. We had no choicebut to get a refund and leave. They were not behaving well because they expected food and instead were just sitting at the tablewith our number plain to see. Well, they weren't going to sit around, and aren't tall enough to reach the tablet on the walleither. They needed to be able to eat, run around after at the park with me, so I ended up getting them quesadillas from TacoBell instead to go and ate it at the park. It was a huge disappointment for all three of us. Nothing brings me more joy than toget them a Happy Meal and a surprise toy waiting for them inside of their box. It's unfortunate that this location does not caremuch for the quality of that comes out or do things in a timely manner most occasions. I think the only reason personally theyget so much business is because of that prime location, surrounded by not only businesses with people that need to findsomething to eat on break, as well as residential areas. If it were up to me and if we're up to me to change gas prices as theyare, I would definitely never return you but this is unfortunately the closest location to home. Read more

McDonalds in Florence, KY on Turfway and Dixie. Ordered my son a happy meal. 6 piece nugget. Got all the way home after waiting... forever in the drive thru only to find this instead. Disgusting. Drove all the back back and they refused to give me a new happymeal box after the workers touched all in the box. Guy working was rude. No apology what-so-ever. No good customer servicehardly anywhere these days. So sad. Read more
