Most of the time my food comes out great. A few times not so much. My biggest issue is the really long waiting lines in drive... thru in the morning... I've spent almost 25 minutes waiting for my breakfast. The sweet older lady at the drive thru giving outthe food is wonderful though and very polite. Read more
The pace of the drive thru for breakfast is phenomenal. The friendliest of one of the drive thru in the local area and you... receive your correct order. The parking ????? is on both sides of the lot. And yes there is handicap parking and wheelchairaccessible ramps into the restaurant. The menu is very large and items for everyone from younger, preteen, teenage, adult a dsenior varieties. Read more
I do not usually give reviews naming people, but let me tell you. Anna is amazing! Whenever she is working the drive thru she... always has a huge smile on her face and always seems to get my day started the right way. To the management at McDonald?s, thisone is a keeper. I'm really disappointed that tea prices have went up. I used to go every day for a unsweetened tea, you know something good for... a diabetic, something that they can drink but yet leave soft drinks at the same price. Never will understand why drinks & foodthat are good for you is so high & junk is so cheap. We live in a messed up world. Thanks McDonald's! It's a real shame. About the only McDonald's location that I bother going to anymore. I go to this location frequently because it's close to my... house and they rarely mess up my order and the food is always fresh and hot. Plus the nicest lady works the drive thru window inthe mornings. Read more
Dream street store # 3398?Went through the drive thru on Saturday 8/13/22the girl rang me up wrong so I said something to the... guy in the drive thru pretty sure he was the manager I said my meal is suppose to be the spicy chicken he said it is! Got to mylocation and had to drive back! Didn?t get my small fry! My daughters double cheeseburger was made wrong! Like always! And theycharged me for a extra chicken sandwich! The guy was rude when I came back! He said I told you that u got a spicy chickensandwich I said yes but was charged for two sandwiches when I said I want a spicy with my meal not a extra one! I have waited a while to give this review with hopes that my experiences would get better, but unfortunately it hasn't. From... orders being wrong on a consistent basis, to ice cold black coffee (that is supposed to be hot), to long wait times, I only gohere because of it's location. If I can stop at another McDonald's to avoid the headache then I will. The only reason for thetwo stars instead of one is because the customer interaction is typically good, and when I get the right order the food istypically good as well. Read more
