We had no problem getting a table, however the waitress had too many tables & service was slow. We didn't get any rolls until... well after our appetizers came out (the were baking & then she was attending to her other tables.) Jessica was still a Rockstar. She pushed thru & got everything back on track. I had to send the Steakhouse Nachos back..they arrived cold! We had Piping HotChicken Tortilla Soup that made up for it tho! Delicious! They ran out of rolls, but that's ok...we got there an hour b4closing....overall it was a good dining experience & I would return to this location again! Read more
I used to live in the area but now live out of state. I specifically waited for a weekday to come and have the bottomless soup... and salad because I love the loaded potato soup from here. However it was a really big disappointment. The potato soup hadmaybe 4 pieces of potato, it was too liquidy and was too salty, and the bacon bits looked like they came from a jar instead ofthe fresh bacon pieces that I remember. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the manager was really understanding and triedto make our experience better. Read more
O'Charley's used to be a reliable spot for me but last night I was really disappointed. The rolls were small and underbaked, the... potato soup (a favorite of mine) was bland except for a slight soap taste, and the premium Mac and cheese was uneaten after afew bites. Dry pasts with some shredded cheese sprinkled on top. The chicken tenders were what I remembered...good flavor (andthe sauces they now offer were great).our server was good and the restaurant looked clean. Hubby and I visited for lunch, we sat in a booth in the Bar area. We had a great time chatting with the bartender (our... waitress), very nice and had great suggestions. Hubby got a Sirloin that was cooked a PERFECT med/rare+. My chef's salad wasfilled with fresh produce and the suggested dressing was amazing. Read more
It's a more upper class place table served employees are great. Prices are in my budget but we never been there and just had to... try I order the rib eye steak 27 bucks and wasn't happy with it what so ever size was ok but it was nothing but fat, dry I meanit just wasn't worth 30 bucks. My husbands top brown/new York strip and it was great.. baby back ribs are awesome I would goback... prolly for burgers though. Restrooms smelt so amazing felt clean. Read more

I ordered three sandwiches and only received two. I went to talk to the manager to get it replaced but she wouldn't give me my... money back or to give me what I paid for. AVOID ALL COST IF YOU DON'T WANT MISSING FOOD! And this was from the MANAGER, theperson to make things correct. But no, they are all smoking pot and getting high outback. Read more
