This used to be my fave restaurant. The past 4 times I've been, my order has been wrong. I paid for a plate and got the smallest... portion. Had a receipt, but was told I'm not getting money back or the plate size portion, which is what was ordered. Staff wasvery rude. I feel like I've been robbed from this place. Unfortunately, I'm not the only one. I don't see good things in storefor this location. Use caution with them. Read more
They need more help. They only had 1 person serving and checking out walk in customers during the saturday lunch rush. It took... me 30 minutes to move 10 spaces, get my food, and out the door. I tried eating here yesterday and same thing. Went to firehouseyesterday right next door and was the only customer there with excellent food and service. Read more
I have walked in to order take out twice. The food was good but the service was a little slow. While you are waiting to order,... they are fixing online orders. Also, the first time I went, I almost left because it was so cold . Read more
ive never been one to complain and never have i felt the need to write a poor review. my mom and i were in the area (we dont... like around this part of town) and stopped in for dinner at 6:20pm thinking it would be in and out. unfortunately, we didnt evenget to order until nearly 7pm. went we did, im guessing she was the manager, condescended everyone who ordered and her ownemployees. she even got into arguments with some of them. she took her sweet time making orders and for awhile, only did onlineorders, completely ignoring the line that was out the door. we finally got our food and i asked an employee named Autumn forsome chopsticks to which she responds to me like im a lost child and said "hun, theyre right behind you. did you even look?".took us 45 minutes to order and sit down. and now we are eating to the sound of employee arguments. horrible service Read more
Fond a metal shaving in my food , called the store and the manger said "sorry we use metal scrubbers for cleaning"
Panda Express is my fave food I always drive 20+ mins just to get it but this location no matter how far in advance I order has... never had my order ready within 20 minutes if when it said it would be ready. Sometimes they even wait to start to make my 40minute old order until the line in the store is through and I have to remind them and at that point don?t even worry aboutplacing online orders! Very friendly staff but I can never hope to be out of there in less than 20-30 minutes when picking up myonline orders! Read more
Panda is always on point. They have never messed up an order. They have always had what I wanted and it is always fresh. Their... sweet tea is amazing unlike most other places in the area. The dining area, kitchen, and restroom are always clean. It can get alittle busy but even with a line to the door I've never stood in line waiting longer than 10 minutes. Typically my food isordered, prepared, paid for, and I'm at the table eating within 5 minutes. I definitely recommend for affordable, fresh, anddelicious Asian cuisine. Read more
I tried Panda Express for the first time last night. I've heard a lot of great things about these restaurants. I don't think... it's worth the praise. I placed my order, it was about 5 mins late from the estimated time. Not a big deal. I had to wait asecond 5 mins for noodles to finish being made. Fresh food, so I'm ok with waiting. Then, I had to wait another 7 mins forrolls. More fresh food, so I don't mind. I have a van full of screaming kids, so my wife wasn't happy. We waited about 50minutes total for our order. The rice and noodles were not good. I actually liked just the spicy chicken. Not much elseimpressed me. The checkout lady forgot my two Bai drinks. I realized after being almost home. I would trade this experience fora sit down Chinese buffet. I love Chinese food and I didn't eat much from Panda Express. I bought enough to have a Chinesethanksgiving too! Lol I do want to point out one huge positive though. The workers subtly reminded me of the great Chick fil aworkers. They were nice and hard working. That's a positive. Sorry though, I won't be back.
