Went last night for dinner and they were short handed and had to go into the restaurant instead of drivethru because of it.... Ordered a large Caesar salad which when I got home was inedible due to all the lettuce was completely wilted and some were bad.Totally disgusting. And they could not make any flatbreads either! Wont be returning anytime soon to this location. Will begoing to another location nearest to me that is always on point! Read more
Friendly staff, but they were obviously very short staffed. Only had two or three workers there. Fairly quick service, but... unfortunately the dining room was a mess. Dirty tables and counters, it was pretty gross. Understandably it was due to nothaving enough workers, but maybe close the dining room if you can't keep it clean? Just a thought. Read more
Come to this Panera frequently for lunch. Always good food and, typically, good service. However, today, was a different story.... While, at the drive thru window waiting to get my food, the gentleman dropped the f bomb very loudly. Luckily, I had no kids inthe car. Was going to let this go until he decide to make a snarky comment until his breathe when handing me my food. He hadhanded me my food, I said ?thank you? and I turned to set it down in my passenger seat. He must of said something to me I didn?thear because I started to drive off and heard him say, ?okay fine then. I guess not.? When working in public facing customerservice, eyes and ears are ALWAYS on you. I would suggest going over this with this employee. Read more
The self pay scanners were not taking payments from numerous customers, myself included, and we informed the employees at the... counter. They did not care or apologize. Even knowing this issue, they continued to direct incoming customers to the kiosks.Additionally, my Steak and White Cheddar sandwich was all bread and hardly any meat, nothing like the pictures. Food was okay, not busy and restraunt is as disgusting as last time. Dust and grease all throughout dining room. Flies all over... salad prep area and an employee eating behind the counter where their prepping food. Nasty location, has not improved at all inthe last year. I wish they would get new management or a new location with better ownership. Read more
I don't know if they changed management but I ordered a ice coffee....it have chunks. The milk was bad! I spoke to manager and... she said it's normal. The place is dirty! I always order this drink from different Panera bread place and I have never seenthis. Disappointed ?? Read more
I usually enjoy Panera. But this location has ruined that. We walked into the restaurant and we were immediately greeted by an... awful smell. No worries sometimes food spills or somebody throws up, it happens. We order our food and walk over to the fountaindrinks and there?s a bunch of fruit flies flying around! On the drink nozzles, on the lids, napkins, EVERYWHERE. Finally we goto sit down and not a single booth or table has been cleaned, wiped down, and the floors are littered in crumbs, food, napkins,etc. Really would not recommend this location. I just wish I would have had better judgment. Read more
