My son & I ordered from them at least once a month prior to him leaving to go to college. We have never had a bad experience... with this restaurant 99.9% of the time our orders have been delivered exactly as ordered. The employees have been very helpfulfulfilling our orders. Overall the services we have experienced has always been as ordered & delivery drivers are courteous &pleasant , I would recommend this restaurant to both friends & family! Read more
Papa Johns, I love you dearly. But the Valentine?s Day heart pizza broke my heart. Way too thin and crunchy. I peeled the... delicious cheese off of this piece of pykrete and just ate the cheese. Sadly, this was a complete waste of my money. One of myfavorite parts of your amazing pizzas is your slightly sweet and fluffy crust. Poor quality food. Slow service. Had issues with an order going through and being charged on my card and calling the store to... ask about the 2.5 hour wait time - woman told me she couldn?t find the order and yelled at me about not being able to doanything about it, despite being charged. Then said she ?voided it? and hung up on me. I called back and someone actually wentthrough and helped void it. She straight up lied and hung up on me. Then when we ordered again, the tracker said it was ready tobe picked up. Get there - order hasn?t even been made. Like this place is a joke, I swear. Even when we get the pizza, there?salmost no sauce - it?s dry as a bone, and tastes old. Like a cold pizza nobody picked up from hours earlier that they just gaveus. Just a little over cooked and cold. We only live 1 1/2 miles away if that far. Sat at the hospital with my wife for nine hours.... This is what I get to eat for dinner!!! What's really bad this post has been up 2wks nobody has bothered to contact me aboutthis. Poor management..... Read more
Papa John's is the best pizza chain pizza in my opinion, and this location is no exception. The pizza was hot, refresh, and... tasty. The people were easy to work with, and helped us get a deal. However, they sold us a $12 large single topping when theirsign said two toppings for $10, so only 4 stars. We could have gone in and fixed it probably but we were too hungry. Read more
They charge $5 for a delivery fee and then expect you to tip the driver. They should give the delivery fee to the drivers, it's... just a add on fee so you have to pay more. Read more
