Best Philly steak sub I've ever tasted. I have eaten here for years. I won't even dare to taste any other.
Sandwiches made badly little to none condiments. Meat wasn't chopped thoroughly enough. Also I watched a employee come from the... restrooms area carrying a bucket with toilet tools she placed the tools behind a wall then directly proceeded to process foodsfor customers this among other operational issues such as not enough hands to operate this store with safe and sanitaryconditions! I will never go here!! I called in my order. I ordered 4 sandwiches,fries, drink's. The guy gave me price of $91.02?? I'm sorry... but for that price I best be served Caviar and an expensive bottle of Dom Pierre!!???? Read more
Stopped here for a quick bite on the way to an event. Subs were solid and reasonably priced. Bread and cheese were slightly... better than expected, while fresh toppings were nothing special. There was a fair amount of meat on the classic Italian subwhich was a pleasant surprise. It won?t knock your sock off but can be a good alternative to a jersey mikes or a subway if needbe. I used to love Penn Station. Went today. Took 20 minutes to get a cold turkey and provolone. The bread was barely cooked. Very... doughy. They didn't put any provolone on it. I think there was one slice of turkey that was sliced in three pieces to cover thesix inch bun. I doubt it was even an ounce of meat. Threw it in the trash and went to Substation II. Read more
When I first started going here it was great; workers knew my order and asked for the size. Now there are new employees and not... knowing my order is perfectly fine. But, I gave it 4 stars because of one thing: ? I did a call in & came in roughly 20 minlater to pick it up. I sat at the tall table in front & patiently waited. I could see my sandwiches laying by the lemonade & was asked my name 2x so they could check my order. Each time I told them those were mine back there & the response was always "we're waiting on fries." 45 MINUTES LATER.... I am still waiting. Order after order leaving before I received mine. The GM orowner happened to be there and came out. He noticed me still sitting and inquired as to what was going on. I calmy explained,and he got my order to me right away and told me the next time I come in my order is FREE! Outside of that incident in the 7years I've been going it's been great. Love the salad option. I watch carbs and the fries are harder to pass up than the bread... So, no bread. Lol. Works for me
