I visited this restaurant twice in one week and we had bad experiences both times. I was very polite about the first incident... and said that I wanted to offer a polite critique. Today was a different story. I ordered the Surf & Turf bowl advertised for$12.45, nothing else and my bill was over $16. I asked why and the boy explained that what was advertised was for the way it isalready dressed. When I was asked if I wanted to create my own bowl, I was not told that it cost considerably more. I told theyoung man, Logan, that I was not going to pay the difference until he could show me on the wall why I was paying more and heproceeded to try to show me on the register. I finally found Surf & Turf in another location and though it was the same name,it was not evident that you pay much more if you request toppings. Later, the manager, Zion, admitted that it was confusingand had talked to corporate about the matter. However, it was Logan's approach of hushing me and explaining to me several timeswhen I repeatedly told him that I didn't want to be lectured, that I only wanted to know the bottom line - the price. When Iwas notified that I had to pay $16 + I said no and waited to talk to Zion. I told Zion that I wanted to talk to the districtmanager and he told me that he was not permitted to share that information and that it would do me no good to talk to corporatesince the owner owned the franchise. I told him that I needed some avenue to register my complaint and I was once again denied. I asked then, if my only option was to take to social media and not return to the restaurant to which his reply was, "That'sfine." This place needs some adult supervision and not just run by young people. There needs to be a way to registercomplaints. I will continue until I find some way. $21 for a bowl of chicken salad. This is a little ridiculous for a salad bowl.
Customer service was pathetic. Had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to respond. There was only one person helping other... customer whereas the other folks were just sitting around and didn't come in until we asked. This is understandable if theplace was crowded but it was just one customer being helped ahead of us for last 15-20 minutes. And when we asked them to takeour order, the person who was resting walks in trying to talk smart and sarcastic. Clearly they didn't care! However 5 minuteslater every customer was being served within 2 minutes if arrival while we sat there and watch being insulted! He needed someattitude correction for sure. I'm vegetarian. I ordered both beans and they didn't put any whatsoever in my burrito. I also ordered sour cream, queso, and 3... Sauces and the whole thing was SUPER dry, didn't taste any of the sauces. Very disappointed, this place use to be really good. Read more
We ordered catering for my daughter's birthday party. Everything was ready for pickup at the time quoted. They provided... everything including chaffing stands and the sternos. The instructions were also provided. The staff was incredible! They wentover everything to make sure they weren't missing anything and even helped getting it into my car. If you're looking for an allinclusive catering restaurant, this is the place! Everyone loved the food. Will definitely be using them in the future!! Read more
Great food. Good price. Nice service.
My wife and I came in for a late lunch and Logan was working the food prep line. He was friendly, helpful and our food was hot... and fresh. He even took time to ask how our day was going while ringing us up. Hire more people like Logan and let him trainthem. We will choose Qdoba over Chipotle because of employees like Logan and the fresh food served to us. Read more
