I ordered doordash through rallys. And I got my chicken bite box, and I ordered a slushie. The dasher came to drop off the order... and didn't have my drink. I called the store and they was talking about how their slushie machine was down. And they was verydisrespectful they didn't reach out to me or communicate with the driver to accommodate my needs. Food is always great, they have never messed my order up where I had to go back to get my order fixed like most fast food... restaurants these days, the lines are never to long at all so wait time at this Rally's is pretty good the food is hott andgreat every time and the ppl seem nice. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they don't seem to keep their place veryclean during the day when making other peoples food. The last time I was there I drove up to the drive through window and waswaiting for my food when I looked inside the window and seen just an absolute mess in there and nobody seemed to be cleaning itup. They were all just walking on top of it. There was old food that had fell onto the floor just laying all around everywhere along with papers and rappers and whatever else I couldn't see the rest I was more focused on watching them walk on top of allthat grossness instead of taking 5min to clean it up so there customers dident see all that. But other than that this place ispretty good and quick! Read more

Horrible experience I was given the wrong change then was pull for 2 fresh chicken sandwich pull took 5 min then the sandwich... wasn't fresh and had extreme amount of salt. Cashier brought food out nearly threw it at me and walked off. Felt very targeted. Read more

Go anywhere else to eat but here. Worst management and customer care I?ve ever seen in my life!!! I was here at 12:30 am to... pick up an Uber Eats order. I sat at the drive thru for a couple minutes and no one responded. I looked up store hours and itsaid closes at 2 am. I pulled off and noticed employees inside. I parked and called the store and no one answered. I was stillsitting in the parking lot with the phone ringing and watched two employees take out garbage and proceed to thier car and gaspowered bicycle to leave. No one even acknowledged me. Had the employee I was parked next to simply stated they were closed, Iwouldn?t be writing this. All the lights were still on, but I left. About 1:30am I got another order. I go back to the store(where I am sitting to write this) and everything still looks the same except no employees. There was a line of cars in thedrive thru about 5 or 6 deep. I watched them slowly pull away as they realized the store is closed. Since the person in chargedidn?t turn off Uber Eats, I?ve now wasted over an hour of my time and my customers (and also yours) aren?t getting thier meals.This is unprofessional, and inconsiderate. I hope there will be consequences for the employees for this. I already know thestore will have consequences of loss of sales since Uber will suspend your sales for atleast 24 hrs and word of mouth isterrible for business. I absolutely will copy and paste this into Google reviews as well as Yelp. I also probably will notaccept any deliveries from your store either. This happens all too often for me to not say anything. I?ve been to this location roughly 8 times in the last 6 months and was lucky actually get food maybe 2 of those visits. One... time I pulled up at 8PM and the employees just stared at me and my car without taking my order until I left. Other times theyturn all the lights off 5-6 hours before they close to keep customers and their money away. It?s such a shame because the foodis great but I?m not wasting the gas or time to deal with their nonsense anymore and management couldn?t care less. *** I tookthe time to reach out to Rallys after they replied to my review and just like I thought they couldn't care less about what I hadto say. I love the food at Rally's, but roughly 30% of the time I go there, I'm told by the counter person that..."...Our system is... down...could you come back in about half an hour or so!" This is at the drive-thru, or the walk-up window, as well. Can't tellme they're not losing money, at this rate. You really need to establish some sort of 'Backup System', if you wish to remain inbusiness. Thank you. Read more

Stopped to get dinner and was told they only accept door dash orders. Guess they can't be bothered by people actually coming to... the store to get food. Half the time they are out of fries. Definitely won't be going there again, way too many badexperience's. Read more

Chicken bites box is what I ordered and it came with fries also got the funnel cake fries the make cook to order never... disappoint at this location!!! Keep up the great work!!! Read more
