Upon deciding where to eat my Sunday afternoon meal after a weeks worth of work and some amazing football I decided to give red... ribbon of Florence Kentucky a shot. I have tried other local joints such as American kitchen and bar cuisine and and have beenover all please but founds some areas of lacking during these pressing times and anxious filled citizens with the disease andviruses going around. Let me just say upon entering all staff were filled masked and wearing gloves from what I could find,sanitation stations throughout the restaurant, protective seat dividers, as well as a welcoming staff that seemed and felt likewas a very clean environment. Now for me I don?t mind this but I know a lot of people appreciate knowing they are safe whenenjoying a meal and not a lot of places have this feeling. So right away that stood out, but honestly went in with 30$ wanted atender burger got what was expected and then some I asked how much extra cheese cost and the very nice bartender who madestellar drink, ask for her I believe Alyssa, but said ?you may not need extra? I trusted her and she did not lie the burger wasjuicy tender and the cheese was amazing cheddar American mix. Superb service, amazing mixed drink and a beer, the milkshake wasamazing and I almost forgot to mention all you can eat side dishes which included salads, fries, and fresh or steamed veggies,amazing deal I had no idea about. Alyssa told me about it and I tried almost every side I could. Also the chefs who prepare thesides I applauded because my salads were amazing Caesar and house and they didn?t wimp out on the dressing and toppings. Liz was absolutely spectacular for our little celebration! She was covering the front door, bar and half the restaurant, all... while not making us wait more then a few minutes for anything, never had to request a refill, napkins or a knife, she broughteverything, knowing they would be needed. I can't say enough great things about her service. They had roughly 5-6 total peopleworking a full restaurant! You have GOT TO GIVE MAJOR CREDIT to our restaurant workers during these staffing shortages! When youhave someone like this working as 4 people, you have got to see this type of work ethic and reward it! SERIOUSLY, Liz didn'tskip a beat and needs some type of recognition! The wait was 40 minutes for 3. This mainly seemed to be from being understaffed, so I understand. When we did get seated we... put in our order and the food arrived quickly. Lied about having unlimited max and cheese, the general manager was very rude about giving us more even though it is... ?unlimited?. While trying to fix the poorly made fries with some salt the dispenser broke and poured salt all over my meal. Theytook forever to seat us despite being fairly empty and having lots of seating. Love this place! We typically show up every time for lunch, and service is always wonderful and attentive. They've got a nice... variety of food here alongside the burgers, and a big selection of beverages both alcoholic and non. Definitely one of the morequality restaurants in the Florence area. It's was about 5:45 on a Friday. Just two of us and no wait if we were seated in the bar area. Ordered our food pretty quickly.... Drinks came out but no straws. Only to find out later they were wrapped in the napkin with fork that we didn't need to unwrapyet. Wish they had mentioned that when they delivered the drinks. Our burgers tasted great. We had a southern charm burger anda Mad Love burger. If you like a tasty burger with BBQ definitely get the southern charm. My husband said he thought the MadLove would have been spicer than what it was with the jalapeno relish. He likes spicy so it not being so much disappointed him alittle. Still had good taste and was cooked well. We had to ask for a refill of our unlimited fries and we didn't see ourwaitress again until after we paid and needed to find her to get a receipt because it didn't print from the table kiosk.
