Good luck trying to get a job here. They will tell you that they will contact you and then when you go there and tell them they... didn't contact you, they give you an excuse that you needed to check an email and they don't tell you what the name of the emailit is that you're supposed to be looking for. And the new general manager seems like she wasn't properly trained for theposition. Honestly I'm not going to waste my time here. They open at 12 but not really more like 1 we showed up at 1225 pm for the 2nd weekend in a row for them to tell us the food... isn't ready even though what we was wanting there was plenty of they said 15-20 minutes until they are done preparing food thenwhy say your open at 12 instead of being rude to paying customers multi task if there is something ready that you have and are"open" then you should serve the customer Read more
Please do your self a favor and do not eat here!!! I work door dash when to pick a order up stops at the counter for 20 minutes... not an employee in sight keep ringing their phone number provided google search still 25 minutes later may a single employee insight if you don?t believe me please check this place out for your self. On 8/8/22, my daughter and I went to this place to get lunch. There were other people there also waiting but the workers were... nowhere to be found. We called for assistance and nobody showed up. We were there for a while and eventually the customers leftbecause nobody came to help us. Read more
My family and I ate there on 6/24/2022 around noon. The selection was poor, and our four orders were served on flimsy paper... plates with no tray. The employee was not friendly and when I went back for a refill, she said they don't give them. We are fromthe Cincinnati area and our Sbarro gives refills and doesn't try to scrimp on their services to the customers. We do notrecommend. Read more
I ordered a slice of pizza and on my half way to finish it, a 2-inch fragment of white plastic stabbed my mouth. I almost throw... up infront of my husband and my kid. Sooo gross! I went to their staff and complaining about that thing and showed it to him andI was shocked when he just said ?oh, it?s a brush strand? and then I said, is that all you can say? Then he said, yes that?s abrush strand. No apologies I heard, none anything! There were people behind me in queue to buy foods from them and they walkedaway when I was showing the brush strand to their staff. This store is gross! Their people are gross. I'm actually a former employee and decided to read these reviews. Before I even started I told the person I was with "watch all... reviews will be about rude service" that's because the GM Nic---le is rude as they come.
