Ordered carry out on Halloween like I always do every year. Got there to pick up and half my order had mistakenly been sent out... on delivery. I had to wait for my whole order to be recooked. I would give a low score for that, however the staff, who wasclearly overwhelmed by the volume of orders that night which imo is not their fault, was extremely nice and very apologetic forthe mishap. The manager then came out and gave me a certificate for a free Beast pizza for the inconvenience. He was very niceand stood there talking w me for several minutes explaining how crazy it is on Halloween and apologized several times for whathappened. Was planning to eat somewhere else so on a whim, just stopped in here for convenience. So glad I did. The food was made so... fresh and delicious. Amber was absolutely wonderful!!! Her service and attention was perfect on every extension. Very positiveand kind. Read more

Ordered a beast, was ok but the crust was really thin and not done completely, you couldn't even hold it on your hand without it... flopping over and cheese etc coming off. Bring out the forks for these pies! Read more
I had a menu and a coupon from this place snappy's pizza and I tried it tonight for the first time and I have to say hands down... this is my favorite pizza around you have really created such a little gem here in Florence! You all have my future pizza orderson lockdown! Read more
Just got delivery from here it was fast and the delivery driver was very polite worth a $ 10 tip then I got the boneless chicken... and pizza it was perfect taste great and hot this is my new place for pizza Read more
