For the last several times at least one of the items ordered is wrong. Happened again, yesterday and charged more for an item I... didn't order. Then given a phone number to call the manager because the employees do not have authority to refund their mistake.Then, I asked just put extra topping on it and call it even, that didn't happen either. The order taker does not speak English at all. So messed up my order. Got to the window, they repeated what I supposedly... ordered, which I told them that was not what I ordered. THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO GO BACK THEOUGH THE DRIVE THRU TO CORRECT IT????!ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? YOUR mistake, I waited 10 min in line, for you to tell me to go back around through drive thru? Paid for a burger, waited 25 minutes in the Hold lane, eventually walked inside, kitchen smelled of dirty mop water. Got my $... back and went across the street to a competitor. Lost this customer for good! Read more

Not sure why Sonic replied and told me to call/ message them. I did, they took my information and told me I would get a follow... up call. That never happened. They gave me the wrong order. This was "to go" so did not realize it until I got home. I tried tocall, and it went to voicemail. Tried again, and ended up leaving a message. No one returned my call. Ordered through the drive thru. Although, our order was read back correctly we still ended up with the wrong drink. We waited... for 5 minutes for two chicken slingers and a medium tot. Their chicken slingers are NOT at all as good as what their chickentender sandwich was. It looked like school cafeteria food and unfortunately tasted worse. The bread was burnt and the sandwichsize was not portionable to the amount that it costs. What happened to the chicken tender sandwich? I can say the tater totsdid taste good? but for an $11 meal that was mostly bad- it is not worth recommending or returning. Read more
