First time going here I ordered small drinks and my drinks were the size of kids drinks. I was told that the small drink is the... same size as kids drinks. Never been here so I obliged. They no longer have servers.. and limited kitchen staff ..you order at a kiosk then find a seat. The self serve drink and... condiment area was not clean or well stocked and the dining area was dirty. They yell out your order number and you pick it upat the counter.. two of our orders were incorrect and you have to wait for an employee to come out of the kitchen area becausethere is no one up front to help. The food was NOT very good.. the onion rings came out in a big greasy clump.. and the burgerswere NOT the same steak burgers we loved .. tasted more like a frozen burger. Was very disappointed..our visit was on a Monday15 minutes after they opened for the day so I don't understand why it was so dirty and not freshly stocked for the day. Poor management!! The floors are absolutely disgusting! Have been waiting on food for a table of 4 for over 30 minutes! Not one... person has even swept, wiped down a table or any area. Saturday night I get it but this is disgusting and over 40 minutes forburgers, I use to like this place, may not ever be back! 1 hour for 4 burgers! Read more

I was very hesitant to try Steak and Shake again. They are notorious for inadequate staff and long waits. I was so happy to see... a completely new method of operation! Kiosks at the front let you place your order. Customizations are no problem. You seatyourself. They still handmade the shakes and the food tastes good. Although the burger did come out slightly cold, like it hadbeen sitting/ waiting and the cheese wasn't at all melted. The fries were on point and shakes perfect! All-in-all, a goodexperience. Steak & Shake is back into our approved list! The kids had only one complaint... no hats ????. Read more
