Ordered pick up to car... Woman comes to car and yells at me about not coming inside, Are my legs broken? Then goes on about... how I need to pick out my fountain drinks, the drink I ordered was out, I asked for several and she says just Diet coke. I sayfine. She returns with original ordered drinks, yells more about being only person working. Don't have the option if it's goingto be a problem. Sandwich were garbage and wrong bottled drink in bag. Wish I hadn't given her a tip in the app. Never goingthere again. Read more

I went in to purchase a footling sub sandwich. I ordered my sandwich, and I will never go back to that location, not ever!! I... got so sick!! The meat was so spoiled and rotten. It was very old. The store was filthy, the owner was rude. I knew against mybetter judgement to even continue to order. The health department really needs to go in there and check their meats. Absolutely atrocious service, lady was mean and rude. Telling us to get out as we are getting up. Would recommend staying away.

Just walked in there and it appeared to be the owner (no apron) smoking a cigarette and it blew into my face as I followed him... in the door. He then put his plastic gloves on without washing his hands. Then in the middle of making my sandwich his phonerang and he answered it with his plastic gloves on and put those germs from his phone into my sandwich. I actually paid for thesandwich because I was too embarrassed to say anything. Then I threw it in the garbage. Dirty, nasty, disgusting Subway. I willnever eat there again. Came in to eat ordered our food she rushed us threw it getting smart about us deciding what we wanted I guess we was talking to... long for her. The. When we sat down to eat she rushed us telling us we needed to eat and go. She came over multiple times to askus if we was done and we needed to hurry up and leave she?s closing the place. Absolutely rude! I put an order for a curbside order and the rep there was very hostile. She came out and hollered that ?I... need to come inside to get the food? because she was the only one there. I understand that things like that can happen butthere is no reason to take that out on me. Had she just explained the situation I would have came in no issue but treating yourcustomers like that. Worst Subway ever rude Indian lady literally told us she was angry that we were ordering there because she wanted to close early... granted it was 20 minutes until 8 and the sign says closes at 9. Today was the worst experience that I?ve ever had at any subway restaurant. I ordered two foot-long sandwiches. There was a... coupon for a buy one get one free in the app. I paid for my order through the app. When I got to the store I sent my daughterin to pick up our order since it was paid for and should be ready to go. The owner of the store is talking to her very loudlywith his heavy accent and tells her that he refuses our order because he does not except coupons. He said some other things thatshe was unable to make out before leaving the store. When I went inside I was told the same thing. He kept raising his voicetelling me he does not except coupons. I said the coupon was on the app and I already paid for my purchase. He refused to issuemy refund and told me to dispute through the app. Needless to say this was a very upsetting experience to me and my child and Ileft the restaurant without getting my money refunded. Now I have to fight and file a dispute to get reimbursed. This isn?t thefirst time I?ve had a bad experience at the subway location. Unfortunately it is the closest one to my house and my childrenlove subway. I will not step foot into this location again. This stores employees make Subway look bad! Read more
