I used to go to this Taco Bell all the time. Not any more. The last 3 times I have driven through, my order was delayed,... incomplete or completely wrong. I only received 3 mild taco sauces, when I asked for more I received a dirty look. It doesn'tmake me happy that I pay for food and do not receive it. Read more
This restaurant chain and especially this location is absolutely the most inconsistent of them all. The inability to push out a... quality product is astounding. Whether it's missing items, incorrect items or the poorest quality items, Taco Bell can notdeliver a quality experience in any way. It doesn't matter how you get it, dine in (if that's even a thing anymore), take out,or delivery, it's ALWAYS a disappointment. I have placed my last order with this restaurant. Read more
2 stars because of a few things: 1.) Drive-thru is hit or miss; there are times we've pulled in and they say they're not... accepting drive-thru orders, online only. 2.) Online orders are sometimes incorrect like if you substitute chicken or steakyou'll pay extra for that meat, and still receive beef. 3.) Never receive any napkins with online orders. 4.) Most recentlyordered a dilla, and it wasn't cut. Also the menu stated "buy 1 get 1 free" so we ordered 1 and didn't receive the freeone. *photo of the uncut dilla. Read more
Slow understaffed but polite and made up for time difference. Order spot on and I felt that they truly cared about order. Only... reason for 3 stars I'd that there was noone there and time was not that fast to plate and bagged up for delivery. Read more
I ordered in store..... but no sign of food. They keep serving the drive through. Not sure how to cancel the order...Update.... now two other people inside who also ordered.....again no sign of food. Can't even find people as they are all in the backserving the drive through. Update, the third person gave up and left. Worst Taco Bell experience ever. Read more
Horrible customer service. Went through the drive thru on 7/15 at 5:53. We ordered, paid and food was practically thrown at us.... We ask if everything was in there, he said yes yes shut the door. As we are pulling away from the window I looked through thebag and we are missing half our order. We park and my husband goes in to be called a liar. After arguing with him they finallygave him the rest of our order. They were more than welcome to search my car for the food they said we had. Rude anddisrespectful. Read more
Drive thru . The food was the worst taco bell I have ever eatin. Part of my order was the wrong thing. One of my tacos in the... bag wasn't even wrapped up. It didn't fall out there was no wrapper in the bag at all. They just put the taco in the bag. Didn'tmatter because I threw it all in the garbage. Because it was cold and nasty.
