Customer service is horrible at this store. I requested a 12 pound ham and was told that the 12 lb was reserved only. This is... not the first time this has happen to me. Great bone-in spiral cut ham and service. Sides are decent, but pass on the boneless ham and turkey. Prices for everything range... from ridiculous to extortion. That said the bone-in ham is worth paying more for than their grocery store counterparts becausethe taste and quality are consistently and markedly higher. That's what you need when you are buying sight unseen for agathering you care about. Read more
Drove all the way from Bellevue ky. Called and asked if they had smoked turkey told me they had plenty. Told them I would be... there Less than an hour, should I do an online in case they sell out. She said oh no just come on out. Came in they have noturkey at all she said they have no smoked or roasted in packages or bigger sizes. I said I should have done curbside pickup andpaid online. She said you can't pay online and we won't hold your food anyway. This is not the first time this has happened. Ihad about 150 worth of other food I was going to purchase, put it a back walked out. Great delicious ham! Service is very good. Staff is great. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is price. They're expensive. (But... worth it). You really get what you pay for. And I could never duplicate the crusty brown sugar glaze, nor the perfection of theham when I make it on my own. Read more
